在世界经济快速发展,企业间竞争日趋激烈的大背景下,企业若想要在激烈的竞争 中占有一席之地,需要加强企业自身软实力的建设,而企业内部的管理沟通是企业软实 力的重要部分。有效的管理沟通工作能够使企业不同部门、不同成员之间信息传递更加 准确,信息更加透明、全面。除此之外,有效的管理沟通还能够增强企业员工间的凝聚 力,为实现企业的共同愿景、创造良好业绩发挥重要的促进作用。因此,管理沟通逐渐 成为现代企业研究的重要课题,是现代企业运营中的重要组成部分。 本文的研究遵循“发现问题—分析问题—解决问题”的思路,对E公司内部的管理 沟通现状进行调查和分析。在研究方法上,本文运用了文献法、访谈法以及总结分析法。 文献和理论分析主要包括管理沟通的概念、沟通满意度理论、马斯洛需求理论以及沟通 要素。E公司管理沟通现状分析包括公司内部的沟通方式、沟通渠道等;通过访谈和实 际调研指出公司内部管理沟通当前存在的主要问题:沟通缺乏反愧缺少主动沟通、沟 通渠道及方式单一以及部门间协作不畅。通过研究分析找出了导致问题的四个主要原因: 缺乏合理的管理沟通战略规划、缺乏有效的管理监督体制、缺少对跨部门沟通的重视、 管理者沟通技巧不足。基于发现的问题以及问题的成因提出了有针对性的改进对策:制 定管理沟通战略规划、建立有效的管理沟通监督机制、强化部门间的沟通、提升公司管 理者沟通能力。为了保障E公司的管理沟通有效性,文章的最后提出了相应的保障措施: 组织保障、制度保障、人力资源保障及强化企业文化,增强价值观认同。 希望通过对E公司管理沟通状况的研究和分析,提出适合E公司的管理沟通改进对 策,为E公司完善其内部管理沟通有效机制做出贡献。 关键词:管理沟通;改进对策;管理沟通机制 - II - Research on Management Communication Problems and Improvement Strategies of E Company Abstract In the context of the rapid development of the world economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, if enterprises want to occupy a place in the fierce competition, they need to strengthen the construction of their own soft power, and the internal management communication is an important part of the soft power of enterprises. Effective management communication can make the information transfer between different departments and members of an enterprise more accurate, more transparent and comprehensive. In addition, effective management communication can also enhance the cohesion among employees and play an important role in promoting the realization of the common vision of the enterprise and the creation of good performance. Therefore, management communication has gradually become an important subject of modern enterprise research, making modern enterprise operation an important part. Following the idea of "finding problems -- analyzing problems -- solving problems", this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of management communication in E company. In terms of research methods, this paper uses the literature method, interview method and summary analysis method. Literature and theoretical analysis mainly include the concept of management communication, communication satisfaction theory, Maslow's demand theory and elements of communication. Analysis of the current situation of the E company's management communication, including internal communication methods and channels; Through interviews and actual research, the author pointed out the main problems existing in the internal management communication of the company: lack of feedback, single communication channel, lack of active communication and poor communication between departments. Through research and analysis, four main reasons leading to the problem were found out: lack of reasonable management and communication strategy planning, lack of effective management and supervision system, lack of attention to cross-departmental communication lack of corporate atmosphere conducive to communication, managers are lack of skills. Based on the problems found as well as the cause of the problem put forward the targeted countermeasures: make strategic plans for management communication, establish effective management communication and supervision mechanism, strengthen communication between departments, and improve the communication ability of the company's managers. In order to ensure the effectiveness of E company's management communication, the paper finally puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures: organizational guarantee, institutional guarantee and human resource guarantee. - III - Through the research and analysis of E company's management communication status, the author hopes to propose appropriate countermeasures for E company's management communication improvement, so as to contribute to E company's improvement of its effective internal management communication mechanism.
