2013年3月，国务院批准设立郑州航空港经济综合实验区，并将其正式提 升为国家战略，航空港区域基础设施建设不断完善、产业经济结构不断优化。 在郑州航空港区快速发展的背后，以各银行为代表的金融机构参与了包括棚户 区改造、基础设施建设、贸易结算、供应链物流服务等在内的各项活动。金融 作为现代经济发展的核心和枢纽，不仅是衡量一个地区经济社会发展水平的指 标，也是推动地区经济发展的强大动力。 金融业作为连接各企业的桥梁，可以实现多家企业的集约经营和资源的有 效配置。因此通过金融产品的创新，实现企业间的联合经营，为大量企业的经 营提供金融解决方案，可以大大提高企业的个性化服务水平，降低中小企业的 经营成本，并在此基础上，完善区域基础设施建设，提高区域经济效益和企业 发展水平。 本文的研究通过对郑州航空港区金融环境发展现状描述，针对区域内企业 融资所面临的各种困境逐一剖析，立足于A行郑州航空港支行自身发展情况， 以具体金融产品及融资案例为依托，就A行港区支行在服务航空港区基础设施 建设、棚户区改造、产业基金、房地产项目开发、供应链融资、中小企业融资 等金融业务开展分析，揭露分析A行郑州航空港支行在服务企业融资业务中存 在的问题及不足；就区域内政府融资平台、国有企业、民营企业发展现状和相 关融资政策等方面进行阐述，以A行郑州航空港支行自身发展特点提出切实可 行的融资方案优化建议，探讨出新形势下商业银行与不同股权背景企业未来资 产业务合作模式，同时也为商业银行信贷业务发展升级指出方向；最后为实现A 行郑州航空港支行对港区企业相关融资方案能够得到贯彻落实，指出航空港区 政府、A行郑州航空港支行、区域内民营企业各自所承担的责任，以实现未来郑 州航空港区政银企三方可持续发展、协同共赢。 关键词：金融产品创新研究；融资风险点；融资方案；银企合作模式 II Abstract InMarch2013,theStateCouncilapprovedtheestablishmentofZhengzhouAirport EconomicComprehensiveExperimentalZone,whichwasofficiallypromotedasanational strategy.Theregionalinfrastructureconstructionoftheairportwascontinuouslyimproved andtheindustrialeconomicstructurewasconstantlyoptimized.Behindtherapid developmentofZhengzhouairportarea,financialinstitutionsrepresentedbybanks participatedinvariousactivitiesincludingshantytownreconstruction,infrastructure construction,airportterminalconstruction,internationaltradesettlement,supplychain logisticsservices,etc.Asthecoreandhubofmoderneconomicdevelopment,financeisnot onlyanindicatortomeasurethelevelofeconomicandsocialdevelopmentofaregion,but alsoapowerfuldrivingforcetopromoteregionaleconomicdevelopment. Asabridgeconnectingenterprises,financialindustrycanrealizetheintensive managementofmanyenterprisesandtheeffectiveallocationofresources.Therefore, throughtheinnovationoffinancialproducts,therealizationofjointoperationamong enterprisesandtheprovisionoffinancialsolutionsfortheoperationofalargenumberof enterprisescangreatlyimprovethepersonalizedservicelevelofenterprisesandreducethe operatingcostofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Onthisbasis,theconstructionof regionalinfrastructurecanbeimprovedtoimproveregionaleconomicefficiencyand enterprisedevelopmentlevel.
