I 摘要 高职教育是我国传统教育领域中的重要组成部分,随着我国经济的快速发展,各 个领域对专业型、技术型人才的需求量不断攀升,为市场提供高素质的专业人才成为 高职院校的核心焦点。为适应社会发展的需要,中国高等职业学校人才培养模式不断 优化和改革,一种新型的“订单式”人才培养模式受到广泛关注。“订单式”人才培 养模式既可以促进满足企业定制化人才的需求,同时也有助于学校改善教学条件、加 大办学力度、提升学生就业率。因此,诸多学校和企业通过合作的方式开展了积极的 尝试,中国高职院校如何不断优化“订单式”人才培养方案,促进该培养模式顺利推 进不断发展是我国高职教育领域关注的重点。酒钢集团位于甘肃省嘉峪关市,是我国 西北地区最大的碳钢和不锈钢生产基地,为当地经济发展做出了巨大贡献。近年来, 为保证人力资源最大程度上满足集团生产与发展,酒钢集团与GT职业学院开展了“订 单式”人才培养的积极探索,即酒钢集团和GT学院合作,以“定制化”人才为要求, 以“订单”为标准,设定培养内容、培养课程、培养计划、培养规格,为酒钢集团持 续获得专业化高素质应用型人才奠定基矗但在具体合作中,由于双方均为初次尝试, 在订单式人才培养过程中存在一定的问题和不足,诸多细节需要不断地改进和完善。 本文以面向酒钢的GT学院订单式人才培养模式为研究对象,在梳理总结国内外 文献的基础上,对职业教育、校企合作、订单式人才培养的核心概念和合作教育理论、 产学合作理论进行阐述,分析了订单式人才培养的内容;在对GT院校基本情况及发 展情况进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了GT学校现有人才培养模式的内容,包括培养 方案、课程设置、学时安排、实习管理及质量管理等内容。运用问卷调查法和访谈法 从企业、学校、学生三个角度开展了多维度的调研,从三个角度分析当前GT学校人 才培养模式取得的成效和存在的问题,同时从不同角度分析了问题产生的原因;运用 SWOT分析法对当前酒钢集团订单式人才培养的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析, 阐述了其订单式人才培养的可行性和适用性,提出了面向酒钢的订单式人才培养模式 的建立措施,包括明确合作分工、优化课程、强化师资队伍、完善实训建设、强化学 生管理等几大块内容;在前几章分析的基础上,针对存在的问题,从实施保障方面对 GT学校面向酒钢集团的订单式人才培养体系的建立提出进一步措施,实施保障主要 包括争取政策优惠、优化保障体系、引入第三方监督、构建评价体系、构建反馈体系 等内容。最后,通过总结归纳法对订单式人才培养模式进行总结,对于其他院校订单 式培养模式具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 关 键 词:订单式,高职教育,校企合作 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT Higher vocational education is an important part in the field of traditional education in China. With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand for professional and technical talents in various fields is increasing. Providing high-quality professional talents for the market has become the core focus of higher vocational colleges. In order to meet the needs of social development, China’s higher vocational schools continue to optimize and reform the talent training model, a new ―order‖ talent training model has been widely concerned. The ―order form‖ talent training mode can not only meet the needs of enterprises’ customized talents, but also help schools to improve teaching conditions, strengthen school running and improve the employment rate of students. Therefore, many schools and enterprises have carried out positive attempts through cooperation. How can China’s Higher Vocational Colleges continuously optimize the ―order form‖ talent training program and promote the training mode to be smooth Promoting continuous development is the focus of Higher Vocational Education in China. Jiugang group, located in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, is the largest production base of carbon steel and stainless steel in Northwest China, making great contribution to the local economic development. In recent years, in order to ensure that human resources can meet the production and development of the group to the greatest extent, Jiugang group and GT vocational college have carried out an active exploration of ―order type‖ personnel training, that is, Jiugang group and GT college cooperate, take ―customized‖ personnel as the requirements, take ―order‖ as the standard, set the training content, training courses, training plans and training specifications, so that Jiugang group can continuously obtain We need to lay the foundation for professional and high-quality applied talents. But in the specific cooperation, because both parties are trying for the first time, there are some problems and deficiencies in the process of order type personnel training, many details need to be improved and improved. Based on the summary of domestic and foreign literature, the core concepts of vocational education, school enterprise cooperation, order based talent training, cooperative education theory and production university cooperation theory are elaborated, and the content of order based talent training is analyzed. This paper uses questionnaire survey and interview method to carry out multi-dimensional investigation from three angles of enterprises, schools and students, analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the current GT school talent training mode from three angles, and analyzes the causes of the problems from different angles; uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the current order based talent training of Jiuquan Steel Group This paper analyzes the feasibility and applicability of the order type personnel training, and puts forward the establishment measures of the order type personnel training mode for Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., including clarifying the division of labor, optimizing the curriculum, strengthening the teaching staff, improving the construction of practical training, and strengthening the management of students. Based on the analysis of the previous chapters, in view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the measures for the establishment of the order based talent training mode for Jiuquan Steel Further measures are proposed for the establishment of the order based talent training system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., including striving for preferential policies, optimizing the security system, introducing the third-party supervision, constructing the evaluation system, and constructing the feedback system. Finally, this paper summarizes the order type talent training mode through the summary method, which has certain reference and guidance significance for other colleges and universities.
