近年来,随着城市化进程的快速发展、人口老龄化趋势的日益严峻、人民的 生活水平和消费能力的提高以及保险消费意识的增强,我国保险行业的发展迎来 了更为广阔的发展前景,保费规模和资产规模迅速扩大。新一轮的保险市场开放 对中国保险业的影响也将加剧竞争,在此背景下,促使着国内保险公司要运用科 学的技术和创新的管理来提高企业经营管理水平和市场运作效率。现有的保险公 司如何迅速的变革创新,更好地适应当前市场和更好地迎合客户的需求,成为了 目前各大保险公司首要解决的问题。现在国内保险行业的保险公司达到百余家, 涵盖的保险产品多达千余种,市场竞争尤为激烈。当前个性化市场下,客户对保 险产品的需求不再单一,可能他们需求的是更科学的保险组合产品,可能他们需 求的是更便捷的投保理赔方式,也可能他们需求的是更为人性化多样化的附加增 值服务。那么,保险公司想要在如此激烈的市场竞争环境下获取先机,必须大力 发展优势业务,并且以客户为中心,站在客户的角度更好的提供服务,从而形成 强大的客户黏性。近些年来,各大保险公司都开始陆陆续续优化企业组织架构。 现阶段各大保险公司进行组织架构优化,是为了改变之前的以产品为中心的组织 架构模式,向符合市场背景的以客户为中心的组织架构的转换,建立一个能迅速 应对市场变化和满足客户个性化需求的高效运作模式。 本文以XX保险公司为研究对象,以组织架构理论的发展及实践研究成果为 基础,从XX保险公司的发展战略实际出发,通过SWOT分析、内部了解、行业 内借鉴等方式,总结出XX保险公司下一步组织架构优化的关键。其次根据当前 国内外保险市场行业内较为领先的保险公司组织架构优化的关键特点,分析现阶 段经济形势下的组织架构要求。最后根据前文总结出XX保险公司组织架构优化 的关键原则、优化架构以及优化过程中必须的配套措施,从而推动公司业务快速 发展,达成企业战略目标,也为今后公司组织架构优化提供借鉴思路和参考。 关键词:保险公司 组织结构 架构优化 2 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization process, the increasingly severe trend of population aging, the improvement of people's living standards and consumption capabilities, and the enhancement of insurance consumption consciousness, the development of China's insurance industry has ushered in a broader development prospect, and the scale of insurance premiums and assets has expanded rapidly. The impact of the new round of insurance market opening on China's insurance industry will also intensify the competition. In this context, it urges domestic insurance companies to use scientific technology and innovative management to improve the level of enterprise management and market operation efficiency. How the existing insurance companies to quickly change and innovate, better adapt to the market and better meet the needs of customers, has become the major insurance companies to solve the primary problem. Now the insurance companies in the domestic insurance industry reach more than 100, covering more than 1,000 kinds of insurance products, the market competition is particularly fierce. Under the current personalized market, customers' demand for insurance products is no longer single, maybe they need a more scientific insurance portfolio products, maybe they need a more convenient way of insurance claims, or maybe they need more user-friendly and diversified additional value-added services. Therefore, if an insurance company wants to get the first chance in such a fierce market competition environment, it must vigorously develop the advantageous business, and take the customer as the center, stand in the customer's point of view to provide better services, so as to form a strong customer stickiness. In recent years, insurance companies have begun to optimize the organizational structure of enterprises. At the present stage, the major insurance companies optimize the organizational structure, in order to change the previous product-centered organizational structure model, to adapt to the market background of customer-centered organizational structure transformation, to establish a rapid response to market changes and meet the personalized needs of customers efficient operation mode. This paper takes XX insurance company as the research object, takes the development of organizational structure theory and practical research results as the basis, starts from the actual development strategy of XX insurance company, and summarizes the next key to the optimization of organizational structure of XX insurance company through SWOT analysis, internal understanding and reference in the industry. Secondly, 3 according to the current domestic and foreign insurance market industry in the leading insurance companies in the key characteristics of organizational structure optimization, analysis of the current economic situation under the organizational structure requirements. In the end, the key principles and necessary supporting measures for the optimization of the organizational structure of XX insurance company are summarized in accordance with the foregoing, so as to promote the rapid development of the company's business and achieve the strategic objectives of the company, and provide reference for the optimization of the organizational structure of the company in the future.
