薪酬体系一直是企业人力资源管理的关键所在,科学合理的薪酬体系不仅关系着 员工的现实利益,同时体现了一个企业整体管理水平的高低,体现着企业凝集力的大 校企业要如何改变已有的经营管理方式,使得在日益复杂的市场竞争中脱颖而出并 不断提高生产经营管理水平和竞争力。笔者认为企业应当建立能有效吸引优秀人才和 合理配置现有的人力资源的完善的、科学的薪酬体系。 本文在参阅国内外学者对薪酬体系理论研究的基础上,通过对A公司的基本情况、 组织结构、员工的年龄结构、员工的学历水平等情况进行介绍和分析,同时对 A 公司 酬薪体系变迁中的重要节点以及现有的酬薪体系现状进行了介绍分析,指出 A 公司正 在执行的薪酬体系中的各种主要问题,详细分析问题出现的原因,根据 A 公司的生产 经营特点,结合公司的岗位特点和基于绩效考核的薪酬体系,提出了改进和完善 A 公 司薪酬体系的方案,对提高 A 公司的经营管理水平尤其是对提高 A 公司人力资源管理 水平意义重大。 本文通过优化 A 公司的薪酬结构,对 A 公司薪酬体系方案进行了重新设计和优化。 在设计和优化薪酬体系的基础上进一步阐述了应该如何组织和保障以确保该优化方 案能得到有效实施。本文关于 A 公司薪酬体系优化设计方案的研究对国内同类型企业 尤其是具有垄断经营特性的供水企业的薪酬体系改进与优化设计提供了借鉴和参考, 为 A 公司的改革改制工作和高质量发展提供有力的制度支撑。 关键词:薪酬体系;薪酬管理;优化设计A 公司薪酬体系优化设计研究 ABSTRACT The salary system has always been the key to the human resources management of an enterprise. A scientific and reasonable salary system not only relates to the actual interests of employees, but also reflects the level of the overall management level of an enterprise, reflect the size of the enterprise cohesion. If an enterprise wants to stand out in the increasingly complex market competition and continuously improve its production, operation and management level and competitiveness, it is necessary to establish a sound and scientific salary system that can effectively attract excellent talents and rationally allocate the existing human resources. Through the introduction and analysis of the organization structure, the basic situation, the age structure and the educational level of the staff of company A, at the same time, we have consulted the research of domestic scholars on the salary system and the research of foreign scholars on the salary system as well as the basic theory, this paper introduces and analyzes the historical nodes in the changes of company a's salary system and the present situation of the present salary system, and points out all kinds of major problems in the salary system that company a is implementing, according to the characteristics of production and operation of company A, combined with the post characteristics of company a and the salary system based on performance appraisal, the optimization scheme of salary system of company a was redesigned. Through optimizing the salary structure of company A, this paper redesigns and optimizes the salary system scheme of company A. Based on the design and optimization of the compensation system, this paper further expounds how to organize and ensure the effective implementation of the optimization program. The research on the optimal design of compensation system of company a provides reference for the improvement and optimal design of compensation system of the same type of domestic enterprises, especially the water supply enterprises with monopolistic characteristics, a company for the reform of the system and high-quality development to provide effective human support.
