目前国内外大功率传动装置行业发展竞争极其激烈,哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司 存在的问题已经严重阻碍了企业的扩大发展,为了在海内外大功率动力传动装置产业崭 露头角,哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司需要制定良好的企业发展战略,战略是一个企业 发展的选择,是一个企业在内外环境发生变化时仍然能顺利发展的可靠保证,是行业工 业化经营管理的重要方式。 本文对哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司的进行了简要的介绍,阐述了公司发展存在的 问题,并详尽的归纳了关键问题造成的诱因。然后对哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司进行 了一般环境分析与行业环境分析,分析了一般环境;并展开了竞争者研究、潜在进入者 分析、供应商分析、购买者分析和替代产品分析,并进行了SWOT综合分析。在分析结 果的基础上提出企业的总体战略是致力于开发高端能源动力产品,打破发达国家在大功 率传动装置行业的技术垄断和封锁,最终实现强国梦和强军梦。长期目标是在未来3-5 年,在火力发展建设和火力发展机组节能减排改造方面继续开拓市场;旨在清洁能源发 电机组市场上有一席之地;能够实现船舶多型号建设、实现船舶数量方面的系列化批量 生产。短期目标是争取在一年内扩大生产使公司的研发、管理、生产和营销能力迅速提 升,扩大利益,在利益增加的基础上进一步稳固各类人才,从而为企业良性发展奠定良 好的基础,扩大企业声誉和知名度。并提出了具体的职能战,技术升级战略,制度化管 理战略,高精尖生产战略和市场拓宽战略,为了使新战略能落到实处,提出了一系列详 实的战略保障措施,制定管理制度,塑造企业品牌,培养科技人才和建设产业园区,从 而使企业战略顺利实施。 在环境分析基础上制定的新战略极大的促进了哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司的发 展,本文旨在对大功率传动装置行业做探索研究,广瀚公司的发展对国内大功率传动装 置行业发展有很大的借鉴意义。 关键词:环境分析;职能战略;战略考核;保障措施;大功率传动 哈尔滨广瀚动力传动有限公司发展战略研究 Abstract At present, the development and competition of high-power transmission industry at home and abroad are extremely fierce. The problems existing in Harbin Guanghan power transmission Co., Ltd. have seriously hindered the expansion and development of the enterprise. In order to emerge in the high-power power transmission industry at home and abroad, Harbin Guanghan power transmission Co., Ltd. needs to formulate a good enterprise development strategy, which is the choice for the development of an enterprise Selection is a reliable guarantee for the smooth development of an enterprise when the internal and external environment changes, and an important way of industrial operation and management of the industry.
