随着信息技术的不断发展,物流运输已成为现代企业发展的关键因素,物流运输管 理信息化水平也日益提升,物流运输公司想要提高公司管理绩效水平,不仅要提升企业 信息应用水平,而且也要不断增强企业内部控制能力。从提升物流管理绩效方面来 讲,不断加强企业内控,提升管理各环节的衔接与配合,特别是在各供应链环节的掌 控上,是提升物流企业运输效能,降低企业运输成本,优化企业服务水平,增强企业行 业竞争力,实现企业科学发展的有效手段。 本文首先介绍了物流公司物流管理的研究背景,结合国内外相关专家的研究成 果,总结物流管理研究趋势,提出本文的研究内容和研究方法,归纳物流管理及其发展 阶段,对供应链管理、第三方物流相关理论进行概述,指出供应链管理在物流管理中 的应用,以构建论文研究基矗本文以A物流公司为研究对象,介绍了A公司基本情 况,阐述了A公司现行物流运输管理模式,分析制约A公司物流管理发展的因素,重 点分析A物流公司物流管理绩效方面存在的问题,主要有物流管理效率不高、物流管理 过程无序、信息化水平不高、专业物流人才匮乏四个方面的问题,针对问题产生的原 因进行剖析,包括该公司内部决策机制不合理、成本控制能力较差、缺乏系统性信息化 建设、缺乏专业物流人才管理培养机制等方面原因。在分析的过程中通过与我国部分优 秀物流企业的物流管理相比较,得到发展启示,包括争取国家政策扶持、引进现代化 企业管理思维、重视物流人才培养、建立物流一体化供应链管理。对A物流公司物流管 理绩效提升做出相应对策,包括以信息流为导向,搭建快速供应体系;以科学决策为依 托,提升内部管理水平;以满足客户需求为目标,打造优质高效服务等方面,加强物流 管理供应链环节的把控,更好助推A物流公司获取更大利润空间,一定程度上也为第 三方物流行业提供一些管理参考。 关键词:供应链管理,物流管理,第三方物流,管理绩效提升 III ABSTRACT With the continuous development of information technology, logistics and transportation has become a key factor in the development of modern enterprises, and the level of logistics and transportation management information is also increasing. If logistics and transportation companies want to improve the level of management performance, they should not only improve the level of enterprise information application, but also constantly enhance the internal control ability of enterprises. In terms of improving the performance of logistics management, it is an effective means to continuously strengthen the internal control of enterprises, improve the connection and cooperation of all links of management, especially in the control of all supply chain links, to improve the transport efficiency of logistics enterprises, reduce the transport cost of enterprises, optimize the service level of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and realize the scientific development of enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of logistics management of logistics companies, summarizes the research trend of logistics management, puts forward the research contents and methods, summarizes the logistics management and its development stage, summarizes the related theories of supply chain management and third-party logistics, and points out the application of supply chain management in logistics management to construct Research basis of the thesis. This paper takes A logistics company as the research object, introduces the basic situation of A company, expounds the current logistics and transportation management mode of A company, analyzes the factors restricting the development of A company's logistics management, and focuses on the problems existing in the logistics management performance of A logistics company, mainly including the low efficiency of logistics management, the disorder of logistics management process, the low level of information technology, and the lack of professional logistics talents. Four aspects of the problem, the causes of the problem are analyzed, including the company's internal decision-making mechanism is unreasonable, the cost control ability is poor, the lack of systematic information construction, the lack of professional logistics talent management and training mechanism. In the process of analysis, compared with the logistics management of some excellent logistics enterprises in China, we can get development enlightenment, including striving for IV national policy support, introducing modern enterprise management thinking, attaching importance to the training of logistics talents, and establishing logistics integrated supply chain management. Make corresponding countermeasures to improve the logistics management performance of A logistics company, including building a scientific and efficient decision-making leadership mechanism, optimizing the logistics management process control, building an information management system, introducing and training logistics talents, etc., strengthen the control of the logistics management supply chain link, better promote A logistics company to obtain more profit space, to some extent, it is also popular for the third party.
