I 摘要 现阶段，我国的电力的数据管理及其相关业务的发展非常混乱，为数众多的 电力系统被人为的分离开来，不同等级的电力信息片段以及模型信息，被存放在 不同的数据资源管理系统中，完整的电力信息与模型始终无法完整的提供给电力 业务。与此同时，多终端的系统录入导致系统的信息异常混乱，不同的部门没有 被整合成一个整体，形成完整的工作系统，只能各自开展工作，相关的数据与信 息无法做到共享，不同部门之间的沟通无法顺利进行。在时代不断发展的大环境 下，数据在工作中的重要性程度日渐提高，在现代化工作开展过程中强化数据管 理是至关重要的。 本文从YN电力公司目前的实际现状着手，首先，对智能电网相关的内涵以 及技术进行了深入分析，主要涉及智能电网的内涵、体系构建等方面内容，随后 对YN电力公司当前的数据资源管理建设状况进行评估，设置出符合YN电力公司 企业数据资源管理建设的具体执行方案。同时，在建设原则和指导思想的作用下， 明确YN电力公司企业数据资源管理建设的总体目标与业务框架，并对与其相关 的评价体系和方式进行概述。之后，根据YN电力公司的数据资源管理建设现状， 分别围绕相关的制度体系、技术体系进行完善、集中管理关键环节等方面提出了 相对应的改善措施。 关键词：数据资源管理，电力企业，项目管理，数据资源管理系统，评价体系 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT At present, the development of power data management and related business in China is very chaotic.
