I 摘要 建筑信息模型(BuildingInformationModeling,简称BIM)的应用现在已经具备了 相应的成熟的模式与相应完善的系统,关联的整个领域也已经具有了相对成熟的概念与 体系,它是以项目中的各项数据为基础,运用仿真技术进行建模,对提高工作效率,保证 工程质量、缩短项目周期、降低工程造价等方面都有着显著的效果。BIM是源于国外的 技术,它可以使模型的信息具有真实性,更可以使建筑信息模型具有可视化等一系列的 优势。近年来种种相关联软件及规范不断的开发研究,不仅开拓了BIM领域相应的发 展路径,也不断延伸出相应的发展目标。伴随着建筑信息模型系统的蓬勃发展,也对应 的使得目前在建设工程设计阶段和施工前期的模拟建设环节充斥着BIM技术的应用, 针对BIM模型拓展应用衍生出的项目管理平台及软件产品更是处于百花齐放的局面, 但目前无一软件或平台的重心具体落到档案归档管理的工作上,因此带来的BIM的模 型和相关信息数据的接收保管与后期应用就迎来了新的挑战。 本文是针对BIM模型的三维城建档案的接收、保管和应用进行的具体研究,并结 合实际情况,以“归档模型标准化、数字信息集成化、档案服务智慧化”来阐述该模式 的研究方向和目标,以及在该目标下的具体试用平台来展现其实现方式。本文从现状入 手研究,经过数据资料的归纳整理发现主要问题集中在管理的逻辑问题和周期问题,而 后针对这两个问题我们分析成因从而给出解决问题的对策。本文预先针对档案业务的需 求对BIM模型轻量化技术进行了功能性扩展使其更适用于档案管理及利用的业务场景, 然后根据BIM归档数据的范围,构建出相应的BIM归档数据构架体系,将各项归档数 据按照工程建造全过程以及档案业务建立了BIM档案,并针对BIM工程档案进行了档 案利用的研究。利用BIM模型可视化的特点,改变了传统档案利用的方式;通过轻量 化引擎实现轻量BIM模型的加载展示,建立对建筑物的三维立体感知;研发BIM模型 构件级的工程档案数据展示功能,通过在BIM模型上直接点选相应单位工程、楼层、 构件集、构件,将与该构件相关的所有工程档案数据以分类的形式展示,包括传统工程 档案电子文件的浏览查阅、关键工程档案全结构化数据以BIM模型构件属性的多种方 式,最后在此基础之上完成创新平台的研发,从而达到BIM模型三维可视化基础上的全 生命周期管理。 关键词:BIM;归档模型;构建平台;全生命周期;三维可视化 Abstract II Abstract BuildingInformationModelling(BIM)applicationhasbeenequippedwithmature operatingmodelaswellastherelativelycompletedsystem,meanwhile,therelevantsectors ofBIMhavealsoshownthematureconceptandsystem.Basedonvariousdataintheproject, theBIMadoptssimulationtechnologytoconstructmodelling,whichcouldbeabletoimprove theworkingefficiencyinengineeringproject.Moreover,BIMcouldmakecontributionstothe qualityofengineering,shorteningtheprojectcycle,andcutdownthecost.TheBIMrelated softwareoriginallyderivedfromoversea,whereBIMhastheadvantagesinmaking informationauthenticallyaswellasvisualizationofconstructionmodel.Inrecentyears,The conceptsofsoftwarecompatibilityanddatastandardizationhavebeencontinuouslymatched anddeveloped,whichhavenotonlyopenedupthecorrespondingdevelopmentpathofBIM, butextendedthecorrespondingdevelopmentobjectives.Withtherapidgrowthofbuilding informationmodelsystem,thepaceoftechnologicalrevolutionintraditionalconstruction industryhasbeenaccelerated.Inpresent,theapplicationofBIMtechnologyisalmost ubiquitousinthedesignstageofconstructionprojectaswellasthesimulationconstruction stageofpre-construction.Theprojectmanagementplatformandsoftwareproducts,which werederivedfromtheexpandedapplicationofBIMmodel,hasshownprosperitysituation. However,nowadays,noneofthemhasbeenspecificallyimplementedintothespecificwork ofarchivemanagement.Therefore,thereception&storage,andthelate-stageapplicationof BIMmodelaswellastherelatedinformationdataarefacingnewchallenges. Basedonthereceiving,storageandapplicationofthree-dimensionalurbanconstruction archivesmodeinBIMtechnology,thispaperhasengagedtheresearchandtakenitinto practice.Inaccordancewith“archivemodelstandardization,digitalinformationintegration, fileservicewisdom",thispaperillustratestheresearchdirectionandgoalsofmodel, meanwhile,thispapershowedtheapplicationwayunderthoseobjectives.Thispaperstarts fromthecurrentsituation,andfindsthatthemainproblemsfocusonthelogicalandperiodic problemsofmanagementaftertheinductionandcollationofdata.Thenweanalyzethecauses ofthesetwoproblemsandgivesolutions.thespecificworkoflate-stageBIMapplication archivesmanagementdeterminesthe6aspectsoftechnologyresearchdirection,including implementationofBIMmodelframeworktechnology,designandconstructingofBIM archiveddataframestructure,implementationofBIMarchiveddatainternalassociated technology,achievingtheengineeringstructuredtechnology,andachievingtheelectronic documenttransferring.AllworkingprocessisonBIMvisualizationfileswithinnovative technologyresearch.Inviewofthearchivebusinessdemand,thisarticlehasdevelopedthe functionalextensioninBIMlightentechnologytomakethemodelsuitableforfiling managementaswellasutilizationindifferentbusinessscenario.Further,accordingtothe rangeofarchiveddata,themodelhasconstructedthesystemofrelatedBIMfilingdata.All thearchiveddatawereestablishedinaccordancewiththewholeprocessofproject constructionandarchivebusiness.Moreover,thispaperimplementedtheutilizationofthe Abstract III archiveaswellastheresearchondecisionmakingontheBIMprojectarchive.theresearch focusesontheclickingofcorrespondingunitproject,floor,componentsetandcomponentin theBIMmodel,anddisplaysallrelevantengineeringarchiveddatainaclassifiedform.Those archiveddataincludesthebrowsingoftraditionalengineeringarchivesinelectronicversion, thecompletedstructureddataofkeyengineeringarchives.Theresearchanddevelopment couldbecompletedoninnovationplatforminthisway.
