随着现代社会经济的不断发展和金融制度的持续改革,甘肃金城村镇银行在 逐步发展的过程中,出现了诸多问题。与同区域国有大型银行和股份制商业银行 相比,甘肃金城村镇银行在资金运用、人才队伍建设、信息技术支撑等综合实力 方面相对较弱,这些问题都极大的限制了甘肃金城村镇银行可持续发展能力。 在目前的经济环境下,银行之间的核心竞争就是对于人才的培养和储备,国 内商业银行依靠其完善的绩效考核制度以及相应的激励机制培养和吸引了众多 高素质人才,其良好的绩效考核体系不断激发员工的工作积极性,不断提高工作 效率,有助于打造一个有竞争力的团队,从而促使银行向着高速前进的方向发展。 由此可见,甘肃金城村镇银行想要在激烈的竞争中取得一席之地,必须要建立健 全科学的绩效考核体系与制度,将银行自身的运营效益和人才的培养紧密地结合 起来,最大程度上激发员工工作的积极性、提高员工的工作效率,形成一个高素 质的工作团队。 本文通过研究甘肃金城村镇银行员工绩效考核中存在的问题,根据目前的市 场环境和甘肃金城村镇银行的发展需求,对该行员工的绩效考核进行优化。通过 运用平衡计分卡理论,对其绩效考核的指标设置及其权重进行优化,并对绩效考 核流程进一步完善,使甘肃金城村镇银行员工绩效考核更加符合其自身发展需求。 通过对员工绩效考核的优化研究,目的在于为甘肃金城村镇银行员工绩效考核提 供一些借鉴和指导,帮助银行留住人才,培养高素质的员工团队,以实现甘肃金 城村镇银行的战略发展目标。 关键词:村镇银行,绩效考核,平衡计分卡 MBA学位论文作者:王雅清甘肃金城村镇银行员工绩效考核优化研究 II REASERCHONTHEPERFORMANCEAPPRAISALS SYSTEMOFGANSUJINCHENGRURALBANK Abstract Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmodernsocietyandeconomy,thefinancial reformsystemisdeepening,manyproblemshaveemergedintheprocessofthe gradualdevelopmentofGansuJinchengRuralBankparedwithlarge state-ownedcommercialbanksandjoint-stockcommercialBanks,GansuJincheng RuralBankisrelativelyweakintermsofcomprehensivestrengthsuchasfund utilization,talentteamconstructionandinformationtechnologysupport.Allthese problemshavegreatlylimitedtheabilityofsustainabledevelopmentofGansu JinchengRuralBank. Inthecurrenteconomicenvironment,thecoreofcompetitionbetweenbanksis thecultivationandreserveofqualifiedpersonnel.Manycommercialbanksrelyon theirperfectperformanceappraisalsystemandthecorrespondingincentive mechanismtocultivateandattractanumberofhigh-qualitytalent,itsgood performanceappraisalsystemstimulatestheenthusiasmofemployees,improvesthe workqualityandtheefficiencyunceasingly,andhelptobuildacompetitiveteam,so astopromotethedevelopmentofbankstowardsthedirectionofhigh-speed progress.Itcanbeseenthatinordertogainaplaceinthefiercecompetition,Gansu JinchengRuralbankmustestablishandperfectthescientificperformanceappraisal systemandsystem,combinethebank'sownoperationefficiencyandtalentcultivation closely,stimulatetheenthusiasmofemployeestothegreatestextent,improvetheir workefficiency,andformahigh-qualityworkteam. BystudyingtheproblemsexistingintheperformanceappraisalofGansu JinchengRuralBank,Accordingtothecurrentmarketenvironmentandthedemand forthedevelopmentofGansuJinchengRuralBank,tooptimizeandcompletethis performanceappraisalsystem.Inthisarticle,usingthebalancedscorecardtheory, graduallyoptimizetheperformanceappraisalindexsettinganditsweight,andfurther optimizetheperformanceappraisalprocess,sothattheperformanceappraisalofthe staffofGansuJinchengRuralBankmoreinlinewiththeirowndevelopmentneeds.
