人才是现代企业的核心,而招聘则是保证人才质量并确保企业发展成果的关 键步骤和必要环节。医疗器械领域竞争的深化和激烈化使得该类企业的人员招聘 成为保障企业员工质量与推动企业健康良性发展的关键。基于人岗匹配理论和胜 任力模型研究M医疗器械公司基层员工招聘问题,结合企业员工结构、员工年龄 和性别、员工学历状况等内容,从基层员工招聘需求现状、基层员工选拔任用标 准和招聘流程等方面归纳企业招聘方案现状及存在的问题、深入分析问题的成因, 在此基础上进行M医疗器械公司基层员工招聘方案优化设计并提出方案实施的保 障措施,以期全面提升案例企业人力资源管理水平,把控企业招聘员工质量,推 动企业持续高效发展。 关键词:医疗行业;基层员工;招聘;招聘方案 -II- Abstract Human resource is the core of modern enterprise management. Recruitment process is the key step and necessary link to ensure the quality of talents and the development of enterprises. The deepening and fierce competition in the field of medical devices makes the recruitment of such enterprises the key to ensure the quality of employees. This is also the basis for constantly improving the comprehensive competitive strength of medical device enterprises and promoting the healthy and sound development of enterprises under the guidance of talent strategy. Under the guidance of person-post matching theory and competency model, this paper attempts to study the recruitment of grassroots employees in M medical device company. Combined with the basic situation of the staff of M medical device company and the current recruitment situation of grassroots staff of the company, Summarize the current situation and existing problems of enterprise recruitment plan from the aspects of the current recruitment demand of grass-roots staff, selection and appointment standards of grass-roots staff, recruitment process and recruitment channels, etc., summing up the problems existing in the recruitment plan of the enterprise and the cause of this problem, thus M medical device company grass-roots staff recruitment plan optimization design. In order to comprehensively improve the human resource management level of the case enterprise, control the quality of enterprise recruitment, and promote the sustainable and efficient development of the enterprise.
