近年来,KL公司的业绩在持续增长,所持有的市场份额和品牌影响力也在持续增加, 2017年完成了第一个五年计划(2012-2017),并入选深圳市重点物流企业,2018年KL 公司开始实施第二个五年计划(2018-2022)。当前全球物流业大环境受世界经济低迷、 贸易战的影响,不容乐观,加之行业竞争加剧和运营成本不断上升,盈利空间收窄,KL 公司能否保持竞争优势,实现“二五”计划,制定和选择一个持续可行的发展战略就变 得至关重要。 KL公司内部对几个关键策略取舍存在一些争议,比如市场开拓战略的收益(份额 和影响力)与风险(持续加大投资并相应承担较大经营风险)、长期目标(发展公司产 品)与短期目标(为满足、保留客户和生存需求)、财务性绩效(利润和股东利益)与非 财务性绩效(治理、商业伦理、社会责任以及环境可持续以及考虑更多利益相关者利益) 的权衡决策。本文将对KL公司内部环境(资源和能力)和外部环境进行调查、分析,确 定公司的优势和劣势,制定长远性、可持续发展战略,并寻求实现可持续发展战略的最 优途径。 首先,对当前国际物流行业的国内外发展情况进行分析,整理并对比国内外可持续 发展理论、战略管理及物流管理理论的发展情况和研究现状 。 其次,介绍可持续发展概念和相关理论,可持续发展绩效和标准,发展战略的相关 理论基础,然后提出可持续发展战略目标和层级,战略选择等,介绍四种战略分析方法。 再次,对KL公司内部环境进行分析,用VRIO框架分析竞争优势,通过PESTEL 分析 认识KL公司可持续发展战略需要面对的外部宏观环境的影响因素和特点;通过波特五力 模型分析国际物流行业的竞争环境;用SWOT分析明确KL公司内部的优势和劣势,外部的 威胁和机会,进行战略抉择与匹配。 最后,确定KL公司可持续发展战略目标,制定KL公司的可持续发展战略的公司层 战略、业务层战略和职能层战略, 提出KL公司可持续发展战略实施步骤和保障措施。 所提出的可持续发展战略可能对同行业有参考价值,也希望对公司的其他项目有参考意 义。 关键词:KL公司 ,可持续发展,战略管理 湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract In recent years ,when KL company’s performance is continually increasing ,both market share and brand influence are accumulating too .KL company has fulfilled the first five-year-plan (2012-2017) in 2017 ,nominated as Key Logistics Enterprise in Shenzhen ,has started to carry out the next five-year plan (2018-2022 ) .Currently the environment around the global logistics industry is not optimistic due to the world economy downturn and trade war ,while the competition in the industry is getting more heated and operating cost is rising higher which result out a shrinkage in profit margin. It becomes rather crucial for KL Company to generate and select a feasible and sustainable development strategy as to maintain its competitive advantage and accomplish the 2nd five-year-plan (2018-2022). Inside KL company there are some disputes in trade-off between key strategies ,such as the benefit of market penetration strategy (market share and influence)and risks (continually enhancing investment and bearing larger operational risks) ,long-term objective (development of corporate products)and short-term objective(matching and keeping the clients ,survival needs), financial sustainability performance (thinking profit and shareholders only)and non-financial sustainability performance(governance, business ethics ,corporate social responsibility ,environmental sustainability, thinking more of stakeholders) .In this article, through surveying and analyzing the internal environment inside KL company ( resources and capability ) and external environment to ascertain the strength and weakness of the company , generate a long-term and sustainable strategy ,and seek an optimal solution to achieve sustainable development strategy . Firstly, sort through and analyze the current situation of international logistics industry both domestically and globally, review and contrast the developments and research results on theories of sustainable development, strategy management and logistics management, both at home and abroad. Secondly, introduce the concept and the sustainable development theory, the key performances and standards of sustainable development, then the relative theoretical foundation of development strategy ,generate the objectives and category of sustainable development strategy, strategic selection etc., recommend four strategic analysis methods. Thirdly, perform internal audit , through VRIO framework to evaluate competitive advantages inside KL company ,through PESTEL analysis to recognize the influence factors and characteristics in the external macro environment that KL Company will have to cope with in carrying out sustainable 湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 III development strategy, by using Porter’s five-forces model to analyze and understand the competitive environment of international logistics industry ,using SWOT matrix to ascertain internal strength and weakness ,external opportunity and threat ,to aim at strategy matching and selection. Lastly, set the target of KL Company’s sustainable development strategy, generate corporate level strategy, business leval strategy and functional level strategy, launch procedures and safeguards measures for strategy execution and monitoring. The sustainable development strategy to be recommended in this article might be of value to other firms in this industry, hope to be helpful to other programs in KL company too.
