The effect of optimization can not only improve production efficiency for industrial coatings, but also reduce redundant costs in the development of enterprises. For the development of industrial enterprises, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. From the current form, the problems of modern coatings manufacturing industry are not limited to market, cost, system, lack of certain agility, flexibility and intelligence in production. Therefore, this article USES the example method in opposition group coating automatic production technology of preparation of project are analyzed, to understand the enterprise production plan present situation, problems and reasons, and put forward the optimization scheme of coating production planning system, improve the quality of coating of each raw material composition ratio of precision, optimization of coating enterprise production planning system, to lay a solid foundation for industrial coatings production efficiency in the future. In addition, based on the production planning management related theory as well as to the value stream map tool in optimization of production planning management is introduced, and the last two chapters of MRPII and JIT production plan management mode has made a comprehensive analysis, points out the advantages and disadvantages of the two models, to integrate the two modes, and as a foundation for the management of the enterprise production planning system scheme.
