近年来,商业银行转型已经发展成为行业内广泛讨论的热点话题。在这个 已经到来的数字化时代,银行业作为我国经济金融体系中的一个重要部分,应 该顺应这个时代发展的趋势,应该转为以数字化为导向,持续推进大数据、区 块链、云计算、移动互联等现代化数字金融科技的落地,实现商业银行的持续 发展。现如今,国内外经济金融形势和金融业正在发生结构性的变化,这对我 国银行业提出了新的挑战:一是复杂的国际金融经济形势正在逼着我国的商业 银行不断扩大对外开放的尺度;二是我国持续多年的“高质量经济发展”也对 商业银行对社会的服务贡献提出了更高的要求;三是世界科技水平发展特别是 数字科技的极速发展正在不断颠覆金融生态。如何能够在飞速发展的变化中, 领先同业保持高速发展,如何借助数字化转型的势能构建起运作科学、适应不 断变化的市场需求的组织架构尤为重要。 本文以Y银行为研究对象,梳理了Y银行的成立背景、业务现状、内外部 环境,结合商业银行战略管理基本理论,针对Y银行数字化转型展开了探索性 的研究。首先,本文介绍了Y银行的基本概况,通过其经营现状以及现阶段内 外部环境分析,指出其在当前发展中存在的问题和问题存在的原因。其次,结 合战略管理SWOT分析模型,介绍了Y银行的战略愿景和使命、原则与定位、 目标和路径,以及战略重点。最后,分析了Y银行对于数字化转型战略的实施 与保障。通过积极实施数字化转型,不仅加速了Y银行的高质量发展进程,也 提升了其产品迭代的速度,爆款产品层出不穷。Y银行在金融科技和数字化浪潮 中,提前布局,全力融入,努力探索新形势下城商行的转型发展新路径。 Y银行通过客户旅程改造、全面建设大数据能力、建立敏捷组织和文化、推 进IT转型等一系列重点举措,积极推进数字化转型,在短短几年走出了一条可 供全国银行业参考的新路子,不仅由此成长为河南银行业的典型代表,同时也 为全国其他银行业金融机构进一步的发展与转型带来了一定的启示与借鉴。 关键词:Y银行;数字化转型;发展战略;战略转型 II Abstract In recent years, the transformation and development of banking industry has become a hot topic in the industry. In the coming digital era, commercial banks, as an important part of China's financial system, should comply with the general trend of times change, firmly take the digital transformation as the direction, vigorously promote the application of artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, Internet of things, mobile Internet and other financial technologies, and achieve high-quality development of finance. Nowadays, with the economic and financial situation at home and abroad and the structural changes of the financial industry, new challenges have been put forward to the Chinese banking industry: first, the complex international economic situation forces the Chinese financial industry to continue to expand its opening-up; second, the "high-quality development" of the domestic economy puts forward higher requirements for the quality and efficiency of commercial banks in serving the real economy; third, the rapid progress of science and technology, especially the financial science and technology Development is reshaping the financial ecology. How to maintain the rapid development of leading industry in the rapid development of change, how to build a scientific organizational structure to adapt to the changing market demand with the potential of digital transformation is particularly important. This paper takes y bank as the research object, combs the establishment background, business status, internal and external environment of Y bank, combined with the basic theory of strategic management of commercial banks, and carries out exploratory research on the digital transformation of Y bank. First of all, this paper introduces the basic situation of bank Y, and points out the problems and the causes of the problems in the current development through the analysis of its current operation status and internal and external environment. Secondly, combined with the SWOT analysis model of strategic management, it introduces the vision and mission, III principles and positioning, objectives and positioning, as well as the strategic focus of the digital transformation strategy of bank y. Finally, it analyzes the implementation and guarantee of the digital transformation strategy of bank y. Through the active implementation of digital transformation, it not only accelerates the high-quality development process of bank y, but also improves the speed of its product iteration, and the burst products emerge in an endless stream. In the wave of financial technology and digitalization, bank y laid out in advance, fully integrated, and tried to explore a new path of transformation and development of urban commercial banks under the new situation. Through a series of key measures, such as customer journey transformation, comprehensive construction of big data capability, establishment of agile organization and culture, and promotion of it transformation, bank y actively promoted digital transformation, and in just a few years, it has come up with a new way for the national banking industry to refer to, not only growing into a typical representative of Henan banking industry, but also further for other banking financial institutions in the country Development and transformation have brought certain enlightenment and reference.
