I 摘要 项目经济评价及风险防范是项目投资管理有机组成部分和重要内容，其目的是 为了减少项目决策失误，使项目能够可持续发展。人们原来看不清时，会以“看得清” 为标准来选择需要的眼镜，但是在生活质量不断改善的过程中，人们的需求同样开 始变化，需要在保持看清楚的前提下获得更高的舒适感。在这种情况下出现了物理 光学矫正主导的验光配镜模式，并逐步发展形成了眼视光。眼视光对于医疗设备以 及技术的要求较高，只是基于一般的眼镜店商业服务模式无法开展，H公司智能视 光投资项目就是从医疗角度出发用信息化平台化的手段来解决这个问题。虽然H公 司智能视光投资项目从立项到后期运营，我一直有参与，但是眼视光项目毕竟是近 几年才发展起来的新兴产业，项目实际的经济效益如何，项目如何防范风险，这都 是作为管理者需要面对和考虑的问题。 在本次研究中主要以H公司智能视光投资项目为例进行了分析，结合项目风险 评价相关理论，从项目经营环境、财务评价和风险防范等方面展开分析，对项目的 投资必要性进行研究。首先，本文梳理了项目经济评价和风险管理的相关理论，从 眼视光行业发展背景分析入手，提出论文研究的主题及意义；其次，通过运用PEST、 波特五力、SWOT三个分析模型对项目的宏观环境、基本竞争态势和自身发展情况 进行了详细分析，评估项目经营环境；接着，从财务角度出发，通过深入分析项目 的盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力以及投资效益，评价项目的经济效益；最后，找 到项目盈亏平衡点并对敏感因素进行敏感性分析，采用专家判断法和预先危险分析 法相结合对项目进行风险识别，运用层次分析法对识别出的风险进行评价，并根据 风险评价的结果，制定出项目风险防范的应对策略和措施。 本文旨在通过聚焦H公司智能视光投资项目的研究，从而探究眼视光投资项目 其核心内容—经济评价的重要性，并对眼视光投资项目的风险防范提出针对性措施， 希望能推动眼视光投资项目的发展，同时能够为其他投资者提供一定的借鉴与参考。 关键词：眼视光专业、智能视光、投资经济评价、项目风险管理 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract As an integral and important part of project investment management, project economic evaluation and risk prevention aims to reduce project decision-making faults and make the project development sustainable. When people couldn't see things clearly, they would buy glasses for "seeing things clearly". But in the process of continuous improvement in the quality of life, people's needs have also begun to change, and they need to get a higher level of comfort while staying clear. In this case, the optometry optics mode dominated by physical optics correction has gradually developed and formed eye vision. Eyesight has high requirements for medical equipment and technology, but it cannot be carried out based on the general business service model of optical shops. H company's intelligent optometry investment project aims exactly to solve this problem through information platform from the perspective of medical treatment. Despite my engagement from the inception to the operation of this investment project and in consideration of that the optometry project is an emerging industry, the actual economic benefit and the risk prevention of the project are all problems that the managers need to face and consider. Taking H company's intelligent optometry investment project as the research object, based on the relevant theories of project economic evaluation and risk management, this paper analyzed the project operation environment, financial evaluation and risk prevention and studied its investment necessity. First, this paper sorted out the relevant theories of project economic evaluation and risk management, and put forward the topic and significance of the research against the development background of the optometry industry; secondly, through such three analysis models as PEST, Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT, this paper ran a detailed analysis of the project's macro environment, the basic competitive situation and its own development to assess the project's operating environment; then the paper assessed the economic benefits of the project financially via in-depth analysis of the project's profitability, solvency, operating capacity and investment benefits; at last, this paper found the project break-even point and carried out an analysis on the sensitive factors, combined expert judgment and PHA Abstract III to identify project risk, evaluated the identified risks through AHP and drafted project risk prevention strategies and measures according to the result of risk assessment. Focusing on research on H company’s intelligent optometry investment project, this paper explored its core —economic evaluation, and proposed targeted measures to prevent risks, hoping to promote the development of optometry investment project as well as provide some reference for other investors.
