随着世界能源危机和环境污染的问题日益严重，以及世界金融危机的影响， 全球汽车行业面临着前所未有的挑战。随着全世界对新能源汽车的关注度提高， 各国政府先后出台新能源汽车发展计划，我国政府也制定并发布了详细而明确 的新能源汽车发展战略。与此同时，国内车企纷纷备战，在新能源、电子化、 轻量化、智能化等技术方面增大投入，谋求发展。对于要建设新能源汽车工厂 的ZN公司而言，必须重视对项目投资的经济分析和控制，才能获得预期的收益。 本论文分析了对ZN公司新能源汽车工厂建设项目投资财务分析和风险控 制的全过程。通过对国内外产业发展现状及趋势、相关政策法规、目标市场容 量、竞争对手及市场份额进行分析明确项目的背景。以此为前提规划该项目的 基本建设方案，方案中包含项目概况、投资计划、成本估算和资金筹措等内容， 从而明确项目所需资金，及资金流动情况。针对项目特点，利用不确定性分析 方法分析其相关数据，评估项目的可行性，预测其潜在风险，考虑提出相应对 策，确保项目的正常实施。 经过详细的计算和分析，相关经济指标所显示的状态合乎企业的预期希望。 然而从风险角度，该项目在资质、补贴、充电设施配套、技术、市场等方面具 有较高风险，项目的实施需要根据国家政策及技术发展角度综合考量、科学决 策、滚动发展、整合资源，才可能实现预期的经济效益和社会效益。 关键词： 新能源汽车，建设项目，经济分析 Abstract III Abstract With the world energy crisis and environmental pollution problems becoming increasingly serious, as well as the impact of the world financial crisis, the global automobile industry is facing unprecedented challenges. With the increasing attention to new energy vehicles in the world, governments have issued new energy vehicle development plans. Our government has also formulated and issued a detailed and clear development strategy for new energy vehicles. At the same time, domestic automobile companies are preparing for war, increasing investment in new energy, electronics, lightweight, intelligent technology, and seek development. For ZN company to build a new energy automobile factory, we must pay attention to the economic analysis and control of project investment in order to obtain the expected benefits. This paper analyzes the whole process of investment financial analysis and risk control of new energy automobile factory construction project of ZN company. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign industrial development status and trends, relevant policies and regulations, target market capacity, competitors and market share, clear the background of the project. On this premise, the capital construction plan of the project is planned, which includes the general situation of the project, investment plan, cost estimation and fund raising, so as to make clear the funds needed for the project and the flow of funds.
