先进装备制造业是衡量一个国家或地区工业化程度和国际竞争力的重要标志。制造 装备采用的技术决定了生产的效率和产品的质量。在塑料机械行业中,基于剪切流变所 支配的传统塑化、输运技术已有百余年历史,但传统方法显然已难以满足行业日益递增 的生产及效率需要,在技术层面上限制了行业的快速发展。K公司发明的一种名叫“拉 伸流变挤出技术”,成为了塑料机械行业中高分子材料加工与应用的一大创新,在挤出 技术发展历史中具有重大的意义。 本文的研究主要分为五个部分。在第一部分,本文介绍了本研究的选题背景和研究 意义,梳理了国内外关于企业战略管理和产学研合作的文献成果,同时给出本文的研究 框架。第二部分运用PEST模型与波特五力模型对K公司所面临的宏观环境及行业竞争 环境进行了详细的分析。第三部分对公司的相关信息进行了详细说明,介绍了“拉伸流 变挤出技术”及其应用,并分析人力、财务、生产制造、技术、市场等自身发展条件, 以确定K公司相较于同业企业所具备的优势和劣势。基于第二部分和第三部分的研究成 果,第四部分的研究运用SWOT分析模型,确定了K公司的战略承诺、战略目标和战 略体系。第五部分是为实现战略的落地,提出了建设ERE产业集群孵化的决策,并从 财务融资、人才培养和市场网络建设与发展三个方向给出了保障对策。 本研究将管理理论与企业运营实际情况相结合,希望通过制定科学明确的战略目标 体系及相应保障措施,帮助企业成长为塑料机械行业内的领军标杆。 关键词:拉伸流变挤出技术;ERE;发展战略;产业集群孵化 II Abstract Advanced equipment manufacturing industry is an important symbol measuring the extent of industrialization and international competitiveness of a nation or region. The technology used in manufacturing equipment decides the producing efficiency and the quality of products. In plastics machinery industry, the traditional plastination and transportation technology depending on shear rheology has a history of over 100 years, but apparently, this technology can hardly satisfy the increasing needs of production and efficiency among the industry, which restricts the rapid development of the industry at a technical level. A kind of new technique invented by K Company, the Elongational Rheology Extrusion Technique, has become an innovation in macromolecule material processing and application in plastics machinery industry, which is of great importance in the history of extrusion technique’s development. The research in this article is mainly consisted of five parts. In the first part, this paper introduces the background of the subject and the research meaning, summarizes the foreign and domestic literatures about corporate strategy management and industry-college-institute cooperation and also illustrates the research framework. Using PEST Analysis and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, the second part analyzes the macro-environment of the enterprise and its industrial competitive environment in detail. The third part of the article describes the related information of the firm detail, introduces the Elongational Rheology Extrusion Technique as well as its application, and analyzes its self-development conditions including technology, market, finance and human resources to find out the strengths and weaknesses of K Company compared with enterprises in the same industry. Based on the results of part two & three, SWOT Analysis is applied in the fourth part, determining the strategic commitment, strategic goal and strategic system of K Company. In order to implement the strategy, the fifth part of the paper formulates the decision of establishing ERE industrial cluster incubation, and presents supporting measures from the aspects of financing, training human resource and constructing market network. This research combines the managerial theory and practical corporate operation to help the enterprise become the pioneer of the plastics machinery industry by establishing scientific and specific strategic goal system and corresponding supporting measures.
