I 柴达木循环经济试验区企业入驻动力研究 中文摘要 柴达木循环经济试验区（以下简称“试验区”）是凭借青海省柴达木盆地 丰富的自然资源而成立的国家级试点工业园区，对青海省乃至全国工业及经济 的发展而言具有举足轻重的地位。而企业作为工业园区的基本组成要素，是推 动园区发展的核心力量，因此通过招商引资吸引各类优质企业入驻是工业园区 的重要工作之一。本文以柴达木循环经济试验区为研究对象，探究其内企业的 入驻动力，以建立试验区与企业之间的桥梁，助力试验区的招商引资工作。 本研究首先利用文献综述法初步形成了企业入驻工业园区的动力因素归纳 表，继而在分析试验区企业入驻、招商引资、吸引企业入驻优劣势的基础之上， 结合试验区的实际特点，利用实地访谈和问卷调查两种方式对上述归纳表进行 了修正，从而构建了柴达木循环经济试验区企业入驻动力指标体系，并以此设 计、发放了《柴达木循环经济试验区企业入驻动力调查问卷》，后续利用SPSS22.0 数据分析软件对回收数据进行了因子分析。研究结果表明，试验区的企业入驻 动力主要包括六大方面，分别有企业运营基础、资源市场环境、企业运营效率、 产业相关程度、企业入驻成本、相关优惠政策。同时，试验区企业的入驻动力 因企业的成立时间、所有制、规模、所属产业的不同而存在差异，对比四种分 类的企业入驻来看，试验区资源环境市场方面的优势明显，是按成立时间和规 模分类下的各类企业入驻试验区的主要入驻动力。此外，在企业所有制分类下， 各企业较为看中企业的运营效率，在所属产业分类下入驻成本是企业入驻试验 区的重要动力。最后，结合试验区的相关劣势及企业入驻动力的实证分析，为 提高试验区的企业入驻动力提出了相关对策建议。 关键词：企业入驻动力，柴达木循环经济试验区，工业园区，因子分析 青海大学硕士学位论文 Abstract II RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMICS OF ENTERPRISES’SETTLEMENT IN QAIDAM CIRCULAR ECONOMY EXPERIMENTAL AREA Abstract The Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Area(hereinafter referred to as the "The pilot zone") is a national pilot industrial park established by virtue of the abundant natural resources of Qaidam Basin in Qinghai Province. It plays a very important role in the development of industry and economy in Qinghai Province and even in China. As the basic constituent factor of industrial park, enterprises are the core force to promote the development of industrial park, so attracting investment to attract all kinds of high-quality enterprises is one of the important work of industrial park. Taking Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Area as the research object, this paper probes into the motivation of its enterprises in order to build a bridge between the pilot zone and enterprises and help them to attract investment. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in the pilot zone, and using the field interviews and questionnaires, and combining with the actual characteristics of the pilot zone, the paper constructs the dynamic index system of enterprises in the Qaidam Circular Economic Experimental Area, and designs and issues the Questionnaire of Dynamic Factors of Enterprises in Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Area. The research results show that the motivation of enterprise settlement in the pilot zone mainly includes six aspects, including enterprise operation foundation, resource market environment, enterprise operation efficiency, industry related degree, enterprise settlement cost and relevant preferential policies.At the same time,the motivation of the enterprises in the pilot zone is different because of the time of establishment, ownership, scale and industry. Compared with the four kinds of enterprises, the advantage of the resources and environment market in the pilot zone is obvious, 青海大学硕士学位论文 Abstract III which is the main motivation of the enterprises in the experimental area according to the time and scale. In addition, under the classification of enterprise ownership, the operation efficiency of the enterprises is considered by the enterprises, and the cost of the enterprises is the important impetus for the enterprises to enter the pilot zone. Finally, based on the empirical analysis of the development of the pilot zone and the motivation of the enterprise's stationing, some suggestions are put forward to improve the rate of the enterprise's stationing in the pilot zone.
