I 摘要 电力行业是国民经济发展的基石,供电企业的良好发展,对于社会的发展有着举 足轻重的作用。随着国家电力改革的不断深入,国有电力企业的垄断地位逐渐被打破。 在激烈的市场竞争中,电力企业内部管理存在的问题逐渐暴露,人力资源管理问题首 当其冲。当代企业发展,最重要的资源就是人力资源,对企业内部员工的绩效考核问 题成为重中之重。科学的员工绩效考核体系不仅可以提升员工工作效率,更是供电企 业向现代化公司转型的重要步骤。为了充分发挥员工的工作积极性,提升员工的工作 效率,以提高公司的经营效益,JMX供电公司多年来一直十分注重绩效考核工作的 开展,但仍然存在很多问题需要进行改进。 本文以JMX供电公司为研究对象,以员工绩效考核理论为基础,结合JMX供电 公司的实际情况,对该公司的员工绩效考核体系进行了系统分析,为JMX供电公司 优化绩效考核体系制定优化设计并提出保障举措。本文首先对国内外相关公司员工绩 效考核方面的文献进行梳理;其次以绩效考核理论体系作为理论基础,结合该公司的 现状与调查问卷,分析了JMX公司员工绩效考核体系的存在问题及问题原因;然后 结合目标管理与关键绩效指标法,对员工绩效考核体系进行优化设计,先确定优化目 标与优化原则,接着从完善部门和岗位职责、完善考核指标体系、科学设置考核指标 权重、改进绩效考核反馈处理、改进考核结果处理等方面提出优化方案。接下来从优 化方案实施的基础、加强员工绩效考核培训、充分运用考核结果、构建全晋升机制、 培育企业绩效文化等方面,制定了保障绩效考核优化体系顺利实施的措施。以求可以 帮助JMX供电公司解决企业内部绩效考核问题,提高公司员工工作积极性从而提高 其工作效率,增强企业竞争力和长足发展。 关键词:供电公司;绩效考核;优化方案 山东理工大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Thepowerindustryisthecornerstoneofnationaleconomicdevelopment.Thegood developmentofpowersupplyenterprisesplaysanimportantroleinthedevelopmentof society.Withthedeepeningofnationalpowerreform,themonopolypositionof state-ownedpowerenterpriseshasgraduallybeenbroken.Inthefiercemarketcompetition, theproblemsexistingintheinternalmanagementofelectricpowerenterprisesare graduallyexposed,andthehumanresourcesmanagementproblemsbearthebrunt.Inthe developmentofcontemporaryenterprises,themostimportantresourceishumanresources, andtheperformanceevaluationofemployeeswithintheenterprisehasbecomeatop priority.Ascientificstaffperformanceappraisalsystemcannotonlyimprovestaffwork efficiency,butalsoisanimportantstepforpowersupplyenterprisestotransforminto moderncompanies.Inordertogivefullplaytotheenthusiasmofemployees,improve theirworkefficiencyandimprovethecompany'soperatingefficiency,JMXPowerSupply Companyhasbeenpayinggreatattentiontotheperformanceappraisalworkformany years,buttherearestillmanyproblemsthatneedtobeimproved.
