随着社会纵深发展时代进步,全球已迈入知识经济,人工智能经济,共享经济时代, 市场经济的发展一次次颠覆人们的观念。社会发展之快,企业竞争之激烈,是前所未有的, 企业面临重重挑战。如何应对市场的快速变化,只有拥有与企业快速发展相匹配的人才是 取得竞争优势的关键。人才对于企业来说既是资源又是资本。培训作为人力资本的重要投 资形式被越来越多的企业看重。企业通过投资员工培训,提高员工个人能力,挖掘员工潜 力,使其胜任更具挑战性工作,助推企业发展。虽然企业培训意识増强,但是在培训的实 际操作过程中,因缺乏科学的培训需求分析调查和分析,培训计划与企业战略发展不匹配、 培训资源匮乏、培训课程内容缺少针对性、员工培训参与度不高、培训方式单一、培训效 果评估不足,导致培训工作收效甚微。尤其是快速发展的企业,对于提升员工个人知识体 系、综合能力、综合素质更为迫切,员工培训问题已经成为制约企业快速发展的一大障碍。 本文从培训相关理论出发,结合国内外学者对企业员工培训问题的研究,以W集团G 公司为例,针对G公司培训过程中出现的实际问题进行了分析并提出培训对策。文章大致 分为六章。第一章主要论述本文的研宄背景及意义、研宄现状、研宄内容、研宄方法,技术 路线。第二章从员工培训的概念和理论基础出发,阐述培训主要概念的界定以及培训相关 理论,为论文进一步的研宄提供理论基础。第三章,阐述W集团G公司概况及员工培训 管理现状。第四章,开展培训现状调研,分析总结调研情况,提出培训存在问题,并分析 培训问题产生原因。第五章,提出G公司优化员工培训对策与保障措施,对策包括加强培 训需求调查与分析、制定合理的培训计划、优化i#训资源支持体系、打造多样化的培训方 式,严控培训实施过程、开展多层次培训效果评估、培训结果引用,建立G公司人才梯队 培养规划。第六章,结论与展望。 本文立足于商业地产开发和运营公司行业,通过G公司培训工作的改善提供可行性方 案,以点带面的推动W集团的人才发展,同时为同行业培训工作提供参考依据。 关键词:W集团G公司员工培训培训管理对策 Ill Abstract Withthedevelopmentofsociety,theworldhasenteredtheeraofknowledgeeconomy, artificialintelligenceeconomy,andsharingeconomy.Thedevelopmentofmarketeconomyhas subvertedpeopledideasoneafteranotherTherapiddevelopmentofsocietyandthefierce competitionamongenterprisesarefacingunprecedentedchallenges.Howtodealwiththerapid changesinthemarket,onlywiththerapiddevelopmentofenterprisestomatchthetalentisthe keytoobtaincompetitiveadvantage.Talentsarebothresourcesandcapitalforenterprises.Asan importantinvestmentformofhumancapital,trainingisvaluedbymoreandmoreenterprises. Throughinvestinginemployeetraining,enterprisescanimproveemployee'spersonalability,tap employee'spotential,makethemcompetentformorechallengingwork,andpromotethe developmentofenterprises.Althoughthetrainingconsciousnessofenterpriseshasbeen strengthened,duetothelackofscientifictrainingneedsanalysisandinvestigation,thetraining plandoesnotmatchthestrategicdevelopmentofenterprises,thetrainingresourcesarescarce,the trainingcoursesarelackofpertinence,thestafftrainingparticipationisnothigh,thetraining methodsaresingle,andthetrainingeffectisevaluated.Thelackoftrainingresultsinlittlesuccess. Especiallyinthefastdevelopingenterprises,itismoreurgenttoimprovethepersonalknowledge system,comprehensiveabilityandcomprehensivequalityofemployees.Theproblemofstaff traininghasbecomeamajorobstacletotherapiddevelopmentofenterprises. Startingfromthetrainingtheoryandcombiningwiththeresearchofdomesticandforeign scholarsonenterprisestafftraining,thispapertakesWGroupGCompanyasanexample,analyzes theactualproblemsinthetrainingprocessofGCompanyandputsforwardthetraining countermeasures.Thearticlecanberoughlydividedintosixchapters.Thefirstchaptermainly discussestheresearchbackgroundandsignificance,researchstatus,researchcontent,research methods,technicalroute.Inthesecondchapter,startingfromtheconceptandtheoreticalbasisof employeetraining,thedefinitionofthemainconceptsoftrainingandtrainingrelatedtheoriesare elaboratedtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforfurtherresearch.Thethirdchapterdescribesthe generalsituationofWgroupGcompanyandthecurrentsituationofstafftrainingmanagement. Inthefourthchapter,theauthorcarriesouttheinvestigationofthetrainingsituation,analyzesand summarizestheinvestigationsituation,putsforwardtheexistingproblemsintraining,and analyzesthecausesofthetrainingproblems.Chapter5putsforwardthecountermeasuresand safeguardsforoptimizingstafftraininginGCompany,whichincludestrengtheningthe investigationandanalysisoftrainingneeds,formulatingreasonabletrainingplans,optimizing trainingresourcessupportsystem,creatingdiversifiedtrainingmethods,strictlycontrollingthe implementationprocessoftraining,carryingoutmulti-leveltrainingeffectevaluationandquoftng trainingresults.EstablishGcompanytalentechelontrainingplan.Thesixthchapter,conclusion andprospect. Thispaperisbasedonthecommercialrealestatedevelopmentandoperationcompany industry,throughtheGcompanytrainingworktoimprovethefeasibilityoftheprogram,topoint- to-pointtopromotethedevelopmentofWGrouppersonnel,whileprovidingareferenceforthe sameindustrytrainingwork.
