随着经济全球化时代的到来,在未来的 30 到 50 年的时间里,石油与天然气 仍是各国赖以发展的重要能源。在市场方面,为了满足全球能源不断上涨的客观 需求,其上游油气装备行业市场潜力和产品需求依然是巨大的。在政府方面,国 务院办公厅发布的《能源发展战略行动计划》也提出要提升石油产量和增加对天 然气的开采力度,所以,无论是市场还是政府,“两只手”对油气装备行业的未 来发展是大力支持的。近年来,受油价下跌、区位因素、人才匮乏、同质化产品 竞争严重等影响,国内的油气装备行业市场竞争加剧,虽然 M 市对此行业发展 高度重视,作为油气装备企业的 THSY 集团企业进入全球布局中,由于缺少相 关发展战略的顶层设计,该企业从人力、物力、财力、视野等方面接受多重压力 的严峻考验,企业发展速度不快。 本文将运用战略管理的相关理论和研究工具,以 M 市 THSY 集团企业为研 究对象,通过文献研究法、调查研究法、定性分析等研究方法对该企业的发展战 略进行研究。首先,运用 PEST 分析 THSY 集团所处的外部环境,波特五力模型 做行业内部环境分析,制作企业核心能力分析表格。然后,依据狭义的战略管理 理论,按照战略分析、战略选择、战略的实施与保障的结构次序,运用 SWOT 工具做企业内部条件的战略分析,然后根据波特的竞争战略理论探讨三种可选战 略的可行性,确定 THSY 集团企业应为差异化战略。为了确保该战略的实行, 作者在企业文化创新、技术创新、人才保障、合作发展四个方面提出建议。笔者 希望通过本文帮助该企业进一步获得发展优势,也希望通过对 THSY 集团企业 的个案研究,为我国其他油气装备企业的发展提供一定的借鉴参考。 关键词:THSY 集团、发展战略、战略管理昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 THSY 集团企业发展战略研究 III Abstract With the advent of the era of economic globalization, in the next 30 to 50 years, oil and gas are still the important energy for the development of various countries. In terms of market, in order to meet the objective demand of global energy rising, the market potential and product demand of upstream oil and gas equipment industry are still huge. In terms of the government, the energy development strategic action plan issued by the general office of the State Council also proposes to increase oil production and increase the exploitation of natural gas. Therefore, both the market and the government will strongly support the future development of the oil and gas equipment industry. In recent years, affected by the drop of oil price, location factors, lack of talents, and serious competition of homogeneous products, the market competition of domestic oil and gas equipment industry has intensified. Although m city attaches great importance to the development of this industry, thsy group, as an oil and gas equipment enterprise, has entered into the global layout. Due to the lack of top-level design of relevant development strategy, the enterprise has made great efforts to improve the competitiveness of the oil and gas equipment industry in terms of human, material, financial and financial resources Wild and other aspects of the severe test of multiple pressure, enterprise development speed is not fast. This paper will use the relevant theories and research tools of strategic management to study the development strategy of THSY group in M city by means of literature research, investigation and qualitative analysis. Firstly, pest is used to analyze the external environment of thsy group, Porter's five forces model is used to analyze the internal environment of the industry, and the core competence analysis table is made. Then, according to the narrow sense of strategic management theory, according to the structure order of strategic analysis, strategic selection, strategy implementation and guarantee, SWOT tool is used to do strategic analysis of the internal conditions of the enterprise. Then, according to Porter's competitive strategy theory, the feasibility of three optional strategies is discussed, and it is determined that thsy group enterprises should be differentiated strategies.
