摘要 现阶段,我国市场经济已经由飞速发展转向高质量发展阶段。房地产行业在我国 国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,虽然近年我国房地产市场整体销售面积增速放缓, 但行业发展势头仍良好,竞争也十分激烈,而企业竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,开展 员工培训、积极打造高素质人才队伍,是企业生存发展的必由之路。新星宇地产企业 是长春市地区老牌房地产开发企业,为批准成为国家一级房地产开发资质企业,为长 春西部地区开发建设、提升春城人民生活品质做出了贡献。不过,新时代背景下,随 着企业发展和壮大,原有基层员工培训管理工作显露出一些问题,已经难以满足现阶 段的公司发展需求。本文以新星宇地产企业为对象,研究企业基层员工培训管理方案, 采用案例研究法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法相结合的研究方法。文章先介绍 培训管理相关概念和理论,阐述企业概况及先行培训体系,为后续研究奠定基础。然 后从培训管理各个环节出发认真分析和研究,发现企业培训管理存在的问题,包括新 星宇地产企业培训管理存在培训需求缺乏针对性、培训计划缺少目标导向、培训项目 实施不够灵活、培训评估体系不健全、缺少培训成功转化机制。并据此对新星宇地产 企业基层员工培训管理方案进行优化设计,提出构建培训需求体系流程、扎实开展基 层员工培训需求调查、优化基层员工培训计划、灵活开展基层员工培训、完善评估制 度体系、建立培训成果转化机制等改进措施,以提高企业基层员工培训管理水平,增 强培训时效性,促进企业持续健康发展。 关键词:新星宇地产企业基层员工培训管理方案设计 Abstract Abstract Atpresent,China'smarketeconomyhaschangedfromrapiddevelopmentto high-qualitydevelopment.Therealestateindustryplaysanimportantrole inChina'snationaleconomy.AlthoughtheoverallsalesareaofChina'sreal estatemarkethassloweddowninrecentyears,thedevelopmentmomentumof theindustryisstillgood,andthecompetitionisalsoveryfierce.Inthe finalanalysis,thecompetitionofenterprisesisthecompetitionoftalents. Theonlywayforenterprisestosurviveanddevelopistocarryoutstaff trainingandactivelybuildahigh-qualitytalentteam.Xinxingyurealestate enterpriseisanoldrealestatedevelopmententerpriseinChangchun.Ithas madecontributionstotheapprovalofbecominganationalfirst-classreal estatedevelopmententerprise,thedevelopmentandconstructionofthe westernregionofChangchun,andtheimprovementofthequalityoflifeof thepeopleinChuncheng.However,underthebackgroundofthenewera,with thedevelopmentandgrowthoftheenterprise,theoriginalgrass-rootsstaff trainingmanagementhasrevealedsomeproblems,whichhasbeendifficultto meetthedevelopmentneedsofthecompanyatthisstage.Takingxinxingyureal estateenterpriseastheobject,thispaperstudiesthetrainingmanagement schemeofgrassrootsemployees,usingthemethodsofcasestudy,literature review,questionnairesurveyandinterview.Thispaperfirstintroducesthe conceptandtheoryoftrainingmanagement,expoundsthegeneralsituationof theenterpriseandthefirsttrainingsystem,soastolaythefoundationfor thefollow-upresearch.Then,fromallaspectsoftrainingmanagement,the problemsofenterprisetrainingmanagementarefound,includingthelackof pertinenceoftrainingdemand,thelackofgoalorientationoftrainingplan, theinflexibilityoftrainingprojectimplementation,theimperfectionof trainingevaluationsystemandthelackofsuccessfultrainingtransformation mechanism.Basedonthis,thepaperoptimizesthedesignofthetraining managementschemeforthegrass-rootsemployeesofxinxingyurealestate company,andputsforwardsomeimprovementmeasures,suchasconstructingthe trainingdemandsystemprocess,solidlycarryingoutthetrainingdemand surveyforthegrass-rootsemployees,optimizingthetrainingplanforthe grass-rootsemployees,flexiblycarryingoutthetrainingforthegrass-roots Abstract employees,perfectingtheevaluationsystem,andestablishingthetraining achievementtransformationmechanism,Inordertoimprovethetraining managementlevelofgrass-rootsemployees,enhancethetimelinessoftraining, andpromotethesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofenterprises.
