奥托立夫上海管理公司发展战略研究 汽车行业在全球各国的发展史上已经成为了最具规模产业中的一种需要衡 量国家实力情况和竞争力,并且产业链 相当长的一种,该产业对于所涉及厂商 的技术性、综合实力等要求较高,附加值也较大。目前在各个工业国中已经占 据了主要地位,已经不局限于欧美及日本等发达国家世界汽 车制造业格局也逐 步向多极化发展,2005年至2019年全球汽车产量继续保持着平稳的增长平均维 持在9000万辆左右,中国自“十一五”以来,一直保持着高速增长势头,汽车 产 量由2005年570万辆增长到2019年2600万辆。随着市场竞争越来越大,外 部环境变化莫测,企业要想求得长期的生存和发展,势必要提前谋划未来的发 展战略和方向。因此,发展 战略管理对企业的重要性越来越凸显。 在当前的市场背景下,发展战略管理对于企业具有十分的重要意义,本文 主要对相关的理论知识做出总结并根据奥托立夫的实际情况提出 自己的观点。 首先从奥托立夫上海管理公司的行业背景和经营情况分析入手,之后分别从奥 托立夫上海管理公司的现状和出现的问题等几个方面进行深入研究,分析了解 目前公 司产品单一、市场占有率下降的原因,并且从这些方面进行了内部挖掘。 其次,针对一些公司目前存在的问题提出了相应的改善措施来进行企业发 展战略管理优化。对于企业内 部整理、收集、预测,通过对历史数据的分析和 对类型的划分,分别从政策环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境等四个方面 的外部环境,以及公司自身的样本选择、数据变量 、及价格残差等内部环境进 行了详细的分析阐述,并采用SWOT战略分析法方法,从公司所具备的优势和 劣势、产生的机会和所面临的威胁等方面对奥托立夫上海管理公司的内部 资源 II 和外部环境深度剖析,进而有效的制定出更合适奥托立夫上海管理公司运营发 展的战略目标。 最后,从奥托立夫上海管理公司对人才的重视程度和对研发的投入上着手 , 明确公司发展战略的目标和方向选择,同时提出公司需合理降低经营成本,在 技术研发、产品定位、品牌营销和价格策略等四个方面进行论述,并提出发展 战略实施所需要的 保障,即盈利能力、运营能力、公司治理能力和产品研发能 力。根据奥托立夫上海管理公司的目前实际情况,对其运营能力和营销能力制 定指向性策略,帮助其最终实现企业发 展战略目的。 关键词: 新能源汽车,发展运营战略,SWOT分析,战略发展 III Abstract Research on Development Strategy of Autoliv Company in China In the history of the development of various countries in the world, the automotive industry has become one of the most large-scale industries that needs to measure the strength and competitiveness of the country, and the industrial chain is quite long.
