I 摘要 随着科学技术的发展和知识经济时代的到来,环保型新产品越来越受追捧, 新材料企业蓬勃兴起,竞争愈加激烈,国内市场趋于饱和状态,新材料技术企业 对于人才的高依赖性的特点也愈加显现,这个时候谁抓住了人才,谁便拥有了核 心竞争力。而在对人才激励的管理中,许多企业普遍出现了诸如管理层不重视、 缺乏体系建设、忽视员工的心理感受、无激励机制或激励机制亟待完善等问题。 如何通过激励机制留住人才并充分发挥人的聪明才智成为新材料企业能否在竞争 中占领高地的关键,也是企业面临的重要课题。 本文旨在优化W新材料科技有限公司的人员激励机制、激发员工的工作积极 性、提升公司的竞争力。在分析了国内外先进的激励理论的基础上,通过问卷调 查、座谈、实地查看等形式,发现了W新材料科技有限公司在员工激励中存在的 诸多问题,并从薪酬福利、教育培训、职业发展、工作环境、自我实现、负激励、 高级管理层等7个突出方面提出优化方案,同时也对方案的实施保障及反馈评估 机制均作了详细叙述。通过方案的优化,使得管理层注重人力资源的建设,有效 调动起员工工作的积极性和主动性,为企业提高自身竞争力和市场占有率更好的 贡献自己的智慧和力量。同时也希望本文提出的优化方案可以为W新材料科技有 限公司的激励机制的进一步研究和制定提供参考。 关键词:W新材料科技有限公司;人力资源管理;员工激励机制 Abstract II Abstract Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandthearrivaloftheeraof knowledge-basedeconomy,thehighdependenceofnewmaterialtechnologyenterprises ontalentshasbecomeincreasinglyapparent.Nowadays,environmentalprotectionnew productsaremoreandmorepopular,newmaterialenterprisesarebooming,the competitionismoreandmoreintense,andthedomesticmarkettendstobesaturated.At thistime,whoevercatchesthetalentwillhavethecorecompetitiveness.Inthe managementoftalentincentive,manyenterprisesgenerallyhaveproblemssuchasthe managementdoesnotpayattentionto,lackofsystemconstruction,neglectof employees'psychologicalfeelings,noincentivemechanismorincentivemechanismto beimproved.Howtoretaintalentsandgivefullplaytotheirtalentsthroughincentive mechanismisthekeyforenterprisestooccupythehighgroundinthecompetition,and itisalsoanimportanttaskforenterprises.
