地区间的合作成为历史发展不可替代的潮流是伴随着冷战的结 束和经济全球化的发展而形成的。在全世界范围内,地区合作成为区 域政治发展的主流。以欧盟为代表的区域合作模式逐渐取代原有的对 抗性的、敌对性的区域发展模式,为区域的发展带来了新的契机。通 过对东亚各国的国情进行研究发现,东亚一体化的可行性不仅受制于 区域内各成员国经济、政治、社会、宗教和历史文化等因素,而且受 制于诸多外部因素。影响东亚一体化的因素主要包括以下方面:政治 因素:政治制度的复杂多样导致政治分歧不可避免;核心大国的缺失 导致一体化进程缺乏推动力;领土、主权纠纷导致各国政治关系起伏 不定。经济因素:各国经济发展水平不平衡、传统的经济结构造成产 业结构趋同。民族宗教文化因素:民族众多、宗教繁杂、地区文化差 异巨大。外部因素:国际环境的复杂变化对东亚一体化的影响、域外 组织和国家的影响、美国的影响。 地理位置、主体价值、经济领域的互补性、安全合作、共同的价 值观、共有的地区认同是影响区域一体化进程的主要因素。因此,文 章从经济合作、地缘政治、安全、文化认同的角度分析了东亚一体化 的可行性。在对东亚一体化的可行性进行分析的基础上,文章提出了 经济优先、多元主导、机制创设、形成中心等方面的东亚一体化路径 选择建议。 关键词:东亚一体化;区域合作;路径选择 Abstract Regional cooperation become an alternative to the trend of historical development is accompanied by the end of the cold war and the development of economic globalization and the formation of. Throughout the world, regional cooperation has become the mainstream of regional political development. Regional cooperation pattern represented by the European Union has gradually replaced the adversarial model of regional development against the original, has brought new opportunities for the development of the region. Research found that the East Asian situation, the feasibility of the integration of East Asia is not constrained by every member in the area of economic, political, social, religious and historical and cultural factors, but also constrained by many external factors. Influence factors of East Asian integration mainly includes the following aspects: political factors: the political system is complicated due to political differences are inevitable ; lack of the core powers lead to lack of impetus to the integration process; territory, sovereignty dispute led to rising political relations. Economic factors: the economic development level of all countries is not balanced, the traditional economic structure caused by the convergence of industrial structure; the national religious and cultural factors: many nationalities, religious complex, cultural difference is huge; external factors: the influence of complex changes in the international environment, the impact on the integration of East Asia, foreign organizations and countries n of the American. The geographical position, subject value, economic complementarity, cooperation, common values, common regional identity is the main factor affecting the regional integration process. Therefore, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of East Asia from the economic cooperation, geopolitics, security, the perspective of cultural identity. On the base of analyzing the feasibility of the integration of East Asia, this paper puts forward economic priorities, multiple dominant, mechanism, the formation of East Asia integration path creation center and other aspects of the proposal.
