1 联合厂房建设项目可行性研究 摘要 上海锅炉厂有限公司(以下简称上锅公司)金属结构车间始建于1958 年,1962 年竣工。由于房屋建造时间久远,其安全度不能满足现行规范 要求。同时,上锅公司随着时代发展,金属结构车间厂房不能适应产品 结构调整的需要,因此企业设想拆除金属结构车间厂房,新建联合厂房 以满足企业产品结构调整的需要同时保证安全生产。 本文从该项目的建设意义、项目必要性、市场分析、拟建规模及目 标、财务分析、实施后能够带来的经济和社会效益等方面入手,细致深 入的进行了比较详尽的分析和论证,给出了该项目详细的建设方案及实 施计划。本文是在通过对目标市场及客户的详细调查研究的基础上进行 的可行性研究分析,充分考虑可能存在的风险并给出了应对措施,将该 项目的投资及运作风险减至最低,充分保障该项目的实施顺利。 本文对联合厂房建设项目经过技术、财务可行性研究,并用层次分 析法对关键设备进行了比较选型,论证了项目具有明显的经济效益和社 会效益,项目建设是可行的。 关键词,联合厂房,建设,可行性研究 上海交通大学工程硕士学位报告 ABSTRACT I STUDY ON THE FEASIBILITY OF UNITED WORKSHOP CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ABSTRACT The metal structure workshop of Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd. (Referred to as SBWL) was established in 1958 and completed in 1962. Due to the long construction history of the workshop, the safety can not meet the requirement of the current specification.At the same time, the metal structure workshop can not adapt to the needs of the product structure adjustment with the development of SBWL. So SBWL is planning to dismantle metal structure workshop and build a new united workshop,in order to meet the needs of the enterprise product structure adjustment and to ensure safety in production. This article carried out with very intensive and detailed explanation and demonstration in all aspects. It gave a construction completion plan and a very detailed implementation plan based on the demenstration of the significance and necessity of the project construction, market and financial analysis, planned construction scale and project target study, as well as the description of economics and social effect that the project may bring out. On the basis of a detailed investigation and research of the market and customers,this article made an analysis of the completing feasibility of the project. At the same time, it gave practical countermeasures, which would minimize the operational risk,fully guarantee the successful implementation of the project by taking into account the various risks faced by the project. This paper demonstrates that the construction of united workshop is feasible and has obvious economic benefits and social benefits through technical and financial feasibility reserarch, by using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) compares the key equipment selection .
