随着能源紧缺及国家对节能减排工作的重视,太阳能及其相关产业发展日益 壮大,与其相关的生产项目尤其是太阳能玻管建设项目也越来越多。该类项目的 特点是产业新、技术更新快、竞争激烈,其成功关键取决于决策的正确与否。而 决策的依据是根据可行性分析对项目进行科学的分析与预测,所以做好可行性分 析工作是项目成败的先决条件。太阳能玻管建设项目的可行性分析是在开发项目 投资决策之前对拟开发的项目进行全面、系统的调查研究和分析,运用科学的技 术评价方法,得出一系列评价指标值,以最终确定该项目是否可行的综合研究。 目前国内有关主管部门尚无太阳能玻管建设项目可行性分析报告内容的规定。 万隆公司作为国内著名的太阳能热水器生产厂家,高硼硅玻璃是其传统优势 产业,目前国内市场占比达到 60%。其 18 万吨高硼硅玻管建设项目如果投产, 其对弥补国内市场需求缺口、进一步巩固该公司在市场的优势地位,发挥规模经 济优势意义重大。 本文的研究目标拟在可行性研究理论框架下,通过运用科学的方法和合理的 手段对万隆公司 18 万吨高硼硅太阳能玻管建设项目进行可行性研究,以期通过 科学的分析,为该项目提供正确合理的可行性结论,并为该行业同类产品进行规 模生产提供部分可参考依据,以此促进我国节能工程的发展。 本文首先从项目建设必要性入手,然后进一步就项目建设至关重要的技术分 析采取层层展开,全面分析该工程项目的技术可行性。在确保项目可行性的基础 上,分析该项目的庞大的资金财务问题,综合运用各种财务分析指标以定量分析 的角度研究该项目的投资收益性,并通过敏感性分析进一步研究该项目的风险问 题,最终得出结论。 关键词,太阳能玻管 可行性研究 项目投资Wanlong Corporation’s 180,000Tons Of High Boron Silicon Tupe Constructing Project Feasibility Analysis Abstract Along with the energy shortage and the country attaching importance to the energy saving, the solar energy and the correlation industry development expands day by day, so the correlation industry of construction projects especially for the solar energy glass pipe come to be more and more.The characteristics of this kind of the projects are the new industry, the quickly updated technology and the cute competition, its success key is decided by the right decision-making or not.But the decision-making is based on the scientific analysis and anticipation according to the feasibility analysis of the project, so completing the feasibility analysis work is the precondition of this project success or failure.The feasibility analysis of the solar energy glass pipe project will survey the undeveloped project roundly and systematically before making invest decision, it uses scientific means of the technological assessment to obtain a series of the standard values and confirm this project weather it could be feasible.At present the competent department for the work still did not have the stipulation of the content of the feasibility analysis report. As a famos domestic solar-powered water heater manufacturer, Bandoeng Corporation took the high boron silicon tupe as it’s traditional advantage industry. at present it’s domestic market occupies has reached 60%,and if it’s 180,000 tons of high boron silicon tupe constructing project put into production,it will makes up the domestic market’s demand gaps, consolidate it’s superiority status,in the market further, and play a important advantage of scale economic . The purpose of this paper is aimd at the frame of researching feasibility, and then through using the science method and the reasonable method to research feasibily the Bandung company on it’s on it’s180,000 tons of the height boron silicon solar energy glass pipe,through the science analysis,to provides acorrect reasonable feasible conclusion of this project,and provide scale product of the this industry’s similar products with reference basis,to conserve the development of our country’s Energy-saving project. This paper start with the necessity of the construction project, then further on the most important analyse of technology assessment, comprehensively estimate the project's technical feasibility. On the basis of ensuring the feasibility of the project , Analyse the ample fund financial affairs problem of it.,and apply the various financial analysis index to study the income from the project's turn with the quantitative analysis angle synthetically, and through Sensitivity analysisproject the risk of the project, ultimate come to reach a conclusion .
