本文对 A 农产品物流园配套拓展项目（以下简称“项目”）进行策划，提出相应的 商业计划书。项目以规划建设农产品加工配送功能区为主，同时为 A 农产品物流园（以 下简称“A 物流园”）的经营者、工人以及来往商客提供商务办公、住宿及餐饮配套。 项目建设可填补 A 物流园的配套功能缺失，为公司带来可观收益。本项目研究可为中大 型城市建设功能完善的一级农产品批发市场相应项目策划提供一定的借鉴作用。 本文从项目概况、项目建设必要性分析、市场分析、财务分析、社会效益分析等方 面论证在 A 物流园周边开发以农产品加工配送为主要功能的配套拓展项目的必要性及 可行性，使项目的确立更具可操作性，为公司高层决策提供依据。 本商业计划书最终的结论是，经测算，项目内部收益率为 9.18%，具有较好的经济 可行性。A 农产品物流园配套拓展项目可完善 A 物流园功能结构，为公司带来可观经济 收益，具备开发建设的必要性及可行性。 关键词，农产品物流园；加工配送；财务分析II Abstract The A agricultural products logistics park development projec（tHereinafter referred to as the project） planning, put forward the corresponding business plan.
