二十世纪 90 年代以来,世界电子技术加速向数字化、高速化、智能化、网络化、综合化发展。21 世纪 的中国,将是全球最大的电子市场之一。TFT-LCD(简称薄膜液晶显示器)彩色偏光片是 LCD 液晶屏显示器必 不可少的一种关键材料及组件。TFT-LCD 是有源矩阵 LCD,具有屏幕反应快,对比度好,亮度高,可视角度大, 色彩丰富等优点,已经成为当今时代液晶显示器应用的主流。因此,本报告的研究对液晶面板上下游产业的拉 动具有重要的现实意义。 报告的主要工作如下， 1、本报告首先从偏光片国内外现状分析入手,介绍了偏光片产业化项目投资的必要性和可行性；通过 对市场产品的供应与需求分析,确定本项目的生产规模和投资方案。 2、从项目的实施进度入手,估算投资建设资金,并确定资金筹措方案;经过对工程技术方案的研究和财务 指标的计算,分析说明了本项目具有较好的盈利能力、负债清偿能力和较强的抗风险能力。 3、分析了项目的社会效益和对环境的影响,从国民经济的的角度考虑,制定了一系列的节能环保与安全 防火措施,从根本上解决了项目对环境的污染和对社会造成的危害。 4、指出项目在投资建设过程中可能遇到的各种风险,分析风险对项目的影响程度,并提出了风险的解决 对策。 本报告通过上述一系列的研究,综合论证了偏光片产业化项目投资的可行性。 关键词，TFT-LCD;;偏光片;;可行性研究;;项目投资 中图分类号，F426.63 Abstract Since 1990s, the developmentof electronic technology around world has been speeded up to digital, high-speed, intelligent, network-based and integrated realizations. China is surely one of the biggest electronic market in 21th centuray. TFT-LCD (Thin-Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display) color polarizing film is initial materials and key components for LCD monitors. TFT-LCD is naturally an active matrix LCD, which is good at quick screen response, fine contrast, high brightness, wide viewing angle, rich color, etc. TFT-LCD has become the mainstream at LCD monitor applications. Therefore, the paper studying to the LCD panel driven by downstream industries has important practical significance. The paper's main tasks are as follows: 1. In this paper, we firstly start analyzing the status of polarizing film at domestic and foreign market, and discuss the feasibility and necessority of investmant at polarizing film industry; Analyzing the supply and demand, we ensure the produciton capability and invetmet value. 2. Starting from the progress of project implementation, the paper estimates investment and construction funds, also identifies the funding programs. Another he thesis analyses the project's social and environmental impact. Considering the perspective of the national economy, it develops a series of measures of energy-saving、environmental protection and fire prevention, thereby to fundamentally remove the pollution to environment and the harm to society. 4. Lastly the thesis points out that the projects may encounter a variety of risks in the process of investment and construction. So it analyses this impact and gives related risk countermeasures. Through the above series of studies, we comprehensively estimate feasibility of investment at the polarizing film industry project.
