随着我国改革开放和经济建设的快速发展,建设项目的可行性研究工作越来越受 到政府部门和企业经营者的重视。通过借鉴西方发达国家在可行性研究方面的优点, 并结合我国国情进行不断探索,我国的可行性研究工作取得了较大的进步。 本文运用了可行性研究的一般方法,通过研究调查,结合企业的实际情况,对“武 汉新港白浒山港区某码头一期工程”项目可行性进行了分析论证。武汉新港现有集装箱 码头均集中在长江左岸的杨泗、阳逻港区。2009 年,《武汉新港空间发展规划》布局了 “一区、两港、五城、十二园”,其中“一区”即为杨泗港口商务区。根据规划,位于 市中心的杨泗港区逐步外迁煤炭转运与集装箱功能,将集装箱全部转移至阳逻保税港 区、白浒山-三江保税港区。由此可见,尽快建设拟建工程既填补了长江右岸集装箱功 能空白,同时促进了武汉新港集装箱布局调整。 通过对项目现状评价及建设条件、市场情况及业态分析、建设规模、项目技术等 方面的可行性、项目风险、项目计划及投资等进行了研究,得出了有效的结论,帮助 决策者做出了正确的决策。通过对武汉新港白浒山港区某码头一期工程的可行性分 析,得出本项目在技术、财务、社会效益等方面是可行的结论。 关键词:武汉新港白浒山港区某码头一期工程;可行性研究;经济评价;投资估算Abstract Along with our country reform and open policy and the rapid development of economic construction, the feasibility study of the project more and more by the government department and the enterprise operator 's attention. Through drawing lessons from western developed countries in the feasibility study of advantage, combine our country national condition of ceaseless exploration, our feasibility study work has made considerable progress. In this thesis the general method of feasibility study, through thorough investigation and study, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, on the Xingang Bai Hushan Wuhan port wharf project project feasibility is analyzed. Wuhan Xingang existing container terminals are concentrated in the Yangtze River on the left bank of the Yang Si, Yangluo area. 2009, Xingang Wuhan spatial development planning layout area harbor, two, five, twelve Park, which district is the port Yang Si business district. According to the plan, located in downtown port Yang Si gradually moving coal transport and container, container all transfer to Yangluo bonded port area, Sanjiang bonded port Bai Hushan. Therefore, the project construction as soon as possible both filled the Yangtze River right bank container function blank, while promoting the adjustment of the layout of Wuhan Xingang container. Through the project evaluation and construction condition, market condition and industry analysis, construction scale, project technology, feasibility, project risk, the project plan and investment and so on, draw valid conclusions, help decision makers to make the correct decision.
