我国政府一直以来都十分注重农业产业化经营的发展，解决农业、农村、农 民的三农问题是政府所有工作中的重点。大力发展粮食深加工产业是提高粮食附 加值和资源利用率、提升农民收入和调节我国粮食产量的有效途经。本文通过对 米糠高效增值深加工项目进行可行性研究分析，建立一套可借鉴性的粮食深加工 项目投资可行性分析体系，为国内其他粮食深加工企业或者其他企业提供借鉴。 本文以鹏欣粮油科技开发有限公司的“年产 1 万吨米糠高效增值深加工”项 目为研究对象，在经过前期的充分调研、多方论证的基础上，通过运用所学的市 场学、项目管理和财务管理等方面的专业知识，结合项目的实际情况，从项目的 背景、市场、风险管理、进度计划与控制、财务等方面对项目的可行性进行论证。 通过论证得出了“年产 1 万吨米糠高效增值深加工项目”投资必要性、市场可行 性、经济可行性和实施可行性，为该项目的科技成果转化落地及管理模式提供依 据；有助于打造以广元市鹏欣粮油科技开发有限公司为核心的稻谷深加工全产业 链工业园。 通过对项目进行可行性分析，也使得项目能够结合自身的资源条件和经营战 略，进行科学的分析；以确保资源能够得到优化配置，投资收益能够得到保障。 除此之外，还创造性的运用波特五力模型改进的波特六力模型和外部因素评价 （EFE）与内部因素评价（IFE）对市场可行性进行综合分析。 关键词，农产品深加工 项目投资 可行性分析 电子科技大学硕士学位报告II ABSTRACT The Chinese government has always attached importance to the development of agricultural industrialization and solving the Three Rural Issues---concerning agricultural,countryside and farmers is the focus of the government's work.When it comes to increasing the food added value,maximizing resource utilization, improvimg farmers' income and adjusting the grain production in China,food processing industry is the effective way to deal this problems.In this paper,through feasibility analysis about efficient value-added project of rice bran ,it establishs a set of feasibility analysed model system of grain deep processing investment,and provides reference for other domestic food processing enterprises or other enterprises. The research object of this paper is the project--an annual output of 10 thousand tons of rice bran high value-added deep processing ,held by Pengxin Oil Technology Development limited company.After full investigation and multidisciplinary, through the use of the school marketing, project managemen and financial management expertise,combined with the actual situation of implementationcontrol as well as financial factors and other aspects ,this paper demonstrate the project feasibility.According to the demonstration,we draw that the annual output of 10 thousand tons of rice bran high value-added deep processing project investment necessity and market feasibility , economic feasibility and the project implementation, which provides the basis for landing of the project ; and helps to build the whole rice deep processing Industrial Park industrial chain,with the Pengxin grain and oil technology development limited company at the core. Based on the project feasibility analysis, it also makes the project combine its own resources and business strategy, and carrys out scientific analysis to ensure the optimal resource allocation, investment and guarante the income. In addition,creatively using Potter's six force model which is upgrade of Potter's five forces model,external factors model (EFE) and internal factors evaluation (IFE) conducts a comprehensive analysis of the market feasibility.
