电厂建设项目具有广泛的社会和经济效益,对其进行可行性研究具有重大的 现实意义。本文以可行性研究的基本理论为基础,结合邯郸矿业集团有限公司煤 矸石电厂项目的实际情况,对其进行深入、系统的可行性研究。本文首先分析阐 述项目建设的必要性,进而从技术可行性、环境可行性、经济可行性三方面对该 项目可行性进行分析研究,得出该项目的建设是必要的,技术、环境是可行的, 项目盈利能力强,投资效益显著。同时,在此基础上,本文对该项目进行风险分 析,并针对项目市场风险、管理风险方面提出控制对策。 本文结合项目深入、系统地对项目的可行性进行研究,能够帮助我们在电厂 建设过程中避免决策的盲目性,做到项目定位清晰、技术安排合理、成本预算管 理有效,从而提高项目资本运营效率。本文对于指导工程项目的开发具有重要的 实践意义,对电厂建设项目时也具有一定的参考意义。 关键词,技术可行性;市场风险;管理风险;模糊层次分析法华北电力大学硕士学位报告 II Abstract Power plant construction project has a wide range of social and economic feasibility study of its great practical significance.
