66千伏变电站工程可行性研究报告及初步设计DOC

本文通过对某乡镇自然情况和经济发展进行了分析,并对电力负荷增长进行了 预测,提出当前实际供电能力不能满足电力需求的问题。由于原变电站设备较陈旧 部分设备无法进行升级改造,因此新建一座 66 千伏变电站十分必要。 首先,按照当地电力系统实际情况和工程需要确定设计原则及设计范围,从节 约耕地和便于电网规划角度,计划原址新建变电站。按照设计规范原站址面积基本 满足新建变电站电气布置要求。结合 66 千伏线路路径,确定了利用原线路路径接入 66 千伏系统方案。通过电气计算,确定有关电气参数和主接线形式。预测当地负荷 发展,选择主变压器容量和导线截面积。分析负荷构成,确定无功补偿容量和主变 压器中性点接地方式。根据系统继电保护方式和调度自动化现状,确定继电保护配 置和调度通讯方案。 其次,结合当地水文及气象条件,确定变电站土建建设方案。 最终,按照总体建设方案,进行初步设计,提出建设结论。 同时,对节能、环保、抗灾措施进行分析,确保工程符合节能、环保、抗灾条 件。 关键词, 变电站,可行性研究,初步设计,主接线Abstract In this paper, a town on the natural conditions and economic development were analyzed, and electricity load growth is predicted, raise the current can not meet the the actual demand for electricity problems. Since the original substation equipment than the old part of the equipment can not be upgraded, therefore, a new 66 kV substation is necessary. In accordance with the actual situation local power system and the engineering needs, determine the design principles and scope of design, from the conservation of farmland and facilitate network planning perspective, plans new substation site. Accordance with the design specifications of the original station site area basically meet the new electrical substation layout requirements. the path determined using the original line access to 66 kV system solutions. Through electrical calculations. Determine the electrical parameters and the main connection forms. Predict the development of local loads, select the main transformer capacity and wire cross-sectional area. Analysis of load composition, determining reactive power compensation capacity and main transformer neutral grounding. Under way and dispatching automation system protection status, determine relay configuration and scheduling communications solutions. Secondly, the combination of local hydrological and meteorological conditions, determine substation construction building programs. Finally, in accordance with the overall construction plan, preliminary design, proposed the building of conclusions. Meanwhile, energy saving, environmental protection, disaster analysis of measures to ensure compliance with energy saving, environmental protection, disaster conditions.
