电网调度自动化系统是保障电网经济可靠运行的重要支撑工具。建立适合科学化、 智能化、实用化的电网地区调度自动化系统将对电网的规划与发展起到重大的推进作 用。 本文密切结合了东莞供电局现役 OPEN2000 调度自动化系统的应用现状,首先分析 研究了东莞电网调度自动化系统的现状以及存在的问题,并进行了优缺点分析,重点是 寻找在专业管理和功能使用中所存在的难点与盲点。 通过结合东莞供电局的现状以及东莞电网的十二五发展规划,明确了东莞电网新建 调度自动化系统的必要性以及其建设目标与原则。在广泛的省内、外调研的基础上,借 鉴在国内具有重大影响力的特大型地调系统的建设与管理经验,进行多套可行的调度自 动化系统的建设方案设计。通过综合对比,明确提出了“调度、集控一体化高度集成, 统一维护管理”的一体化设计方案。在方案的指导性原则上,进行了东莞电网调度自动 化系统新建方案的设计、硬件配置及估价等系列工作。 本文将功能应用与系统管理妥善结合,对东莞电网调度自动化系统进行了完备的量 化分析,并明确提出了新建系统的原则与建设目标。通过提供具有标杆性的指标与建设 原则,能有效促进东莞电网调度自动化系统建设的规范性和实用性,并且提高系统的建 设质量。本文所做的工作,对于南方电网乃至国内的特大、大型地调调度自动化系统建 设,将具备重要的参考价值,具有良好的推广意义。 关键词, 调度自动化系统;一体化系统;方案设计ABSTRACT Power grid dispatching automation system as an important support tool ensures the safe and reliable operation of the whole system. Establishment of a suitable scientific, intelligent, practical regional power grid power grid dispatching automation system planning and development will exert positive effects on the power system. Based on the OPEN2000 system of Dong Guan Power Grid, this paper firstly makes an analysis of current situations and existing problems, then focuses on finding features in the professional management. According to the 12th five-year-development-plan, the new power grid of Dong Guan aims to attain to a position of great influence. While drawing on the experience of the host cities, creativity will be emphasized in organization, management and marketing so as to maximize the economic and social benefit. This paper proposes a scheme that is integration, centralized control, uniform maintenance and management. This paper properly combined application and system management, quantitativly analyzed the power grid dispatching automation system of Dongguan, also the principle and aim raised.By providing construction principles, the dispatching automation system can be consummated.This work will have important reference value to the Southern Power Grid.
