随着泉州市的迅猛发展,泉州市中心城区不断扩大,城市用水量进一步增加, 目前两座位于晋江北岸的市区水厂的供水规模已超负荷运行,满足不了城市用水 量发展的需求。市中心城区用水供需矛盾日趋紧张,由此可见,应立即着手创建 金鸡水厂。 首先,本文对报告选题的背景及意义进行阐述,同时详细介绍国内外研究现 状,对可采取的方法进行概括总结,再对泉州市城区的具体情况进行分析,确定 泉州市金鸡水厂的工艺流程采用臭氧—生物活性炭的深度处理工艺(福建省内首 家深度处理工艺水厂),不但水质全面提高,还可以使得活性炭的寿命大大延长, 从而降低运行费用。本文将可行性研究的相关理论和方法应用于泉州市金鸡水厂 的可行性研究评价中,通过对整个方案进行研讨,探讨出科学合理的方案,促进 整个水厂工程建设。具体从建设必要性、效益、节约能源及技术等四个方面,对 水厂建设进行评价,同时以上述四个方面为基础,形成较为完整的评价体系。 深入调查泉州市周边环境,以此为基础设计出更为科学合理的方案,再论 证方案的实际可行性。 关键词:水厂建设 可行性研究 工艺论证 环境保护分析III Abstract With the rapid development of Quanzhou, Quanzhou city center city continues to expand, the city water consum ption is further increased, the two is located in the north shore of Jinjiang city water supply scale has exceed ed the load operation, can not meet the needs of the development of urban water consumption.The contradiction between urban water supply and dem and center is becoming more and more serious, therefore, the construction of golden water imminent. Thispaper first presents the background and significance of the topic, introduces the domestic and foreign feasibility study of the status quo, the contents and m ethods of the feasibility study. Then according to the actual situ ation of Quanzhou City, determine the Quanzhou Jinji waterworks process using the depth of the ozone - biological activated carbon tr eatment process (Fujian Pr ovince in the first depth treatment process water),not only com prehensive water quality im provement, can also which greatly extend the life of the activated carbon, reduce the operating cost. The feasibility study of the related theory and method is applied in the Quanzhou Jinji Waterworks in the ev aluation of the f easibility study, the feasib ility study o n demonstration of engi neering overall sc heme and the technical schem e and the rationality of the analysis, and put forw ard effective and feasible construction measures and suggestions, waterworks cons truction of the relevant adm inistrative departments of Engineering operati on decision-making and environm ental management provide a scientific basis. From four perspectives, the water plant construction is evalu ated,and the necessity of construction, the f easibility of the technology, the social benef it and the rationality and th e evaluation of engineering energy conservation, are constructed. The f our perspectives are constructed to evaluate the feasibility of the waterworks. Through carries on the forecast, analys is and summary of Quanzhou Jinji water surrounding natural environm ent, social environment further on the construction project design were demonstrated and designed for the actual developm ent of advanced technology, environmental protection, quality and reliable scheme, after fullIV argument that the water in the local construction is feasible.
