深圳 DZ 机器人有限公司技术战略研究 传统工业机器人市场竞争激烈、创新乏力。在这样激烈的竞争中,深圳 DZ 机器人 公司必须重新考量其技术发展战略研究。本研究建立在对深圳 DZ 机器人公司的内外部 环境的研究分析的基础上,通过对相关理论梳理,并结合深圳 DZ 机器人公司所处的机 器人行业情况分析,从而制定出适合深圳 DZ 机器人公司的技术战略。在结构上,本文 分为七个章节。 笔者在第一章绪论部分,主探讨本研究的选题背景、研究目的和意义,研究的方 法和内容,并指出本文的研究不足和创新之处;第二章是相关理论,在文章中使用的 技术战略、波特五力分析、SWOT 分析重要理论,笔者在这章里做了前人研究的梳理; 第三章是企业的外部环境分析,笔者从宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境三个方面梳理 了 DZ 机器人公司外部环境。第四章是对企业内部环境的分析,分为部门设置构架分析、 人力资源分析、研发与技术能力分析、经营管理能力分析,并对深圳 DZ 机器人公司内 部环境分析做了小结;第五章是对 DZ 机器人公司的技术战略的分析和选择,SWOT 分析、 技术领先战略的选择;第六章是文章的核心内容,是对 DZ 机器人公司的技术战略方案 和相关保障,在构想方面,分析并提出了几个可行的技术战略方案,包括建构技术战 略方案管理框架、建立标准的业务流程、实施自主创新的激励措施、推进知识产权管 理、找准品牌定位,提高市场占有率、加大研发资源投入,提升创新能力,在实施保 障方面,包括部门设置的建构优化、人力资源的保障、管理制度的优化和生产过程的 控制。最后,对全文进行总结,提出了展望。 关键词: 机器人,机器人产业,企业战略,技术战略III Abstract On Technology Strategy of Shenzhen DZ Robot Co., Ltd. The traditional industrial robot market competition is fierce, the innovation is weak. In such a fierce competition, Shenzhen DZ Robot Company to reconsider its technology development strategy research. Based on the research and analysis of the internal and external environment of Shenzhen DZ Robot Company, this study tries to work out the technical strategy suitable for Shenzhen DZ Robot Company by combing the relevant theories and combining with the analysis of the robot industry of Shenzhen DZ Robot Company. Structurally, this paper is divided into 7 chapters. In the introduction part of the first chapter, the author mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance of this study, the methods and contents of this study, and points out the shortcomings and innovations of this study. The second chapter is the theoretical part, which uses the important theories of technology strategy, robotics, robotics industry. Michael Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. In this chapter, the author combs the previous studies. Chapter three is the analysis of the external environment of enterprises. The author combs the external environment of DZ Robot Company from three aspects: macro environment, industry environment and competitive industry. Chapter IV is the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise, which is divided into the analysis of the structure of the department, the analysis of human resources, the analysis of R&D and technical ability, the analysis of management ability. It also summarizes the analysis of the internal environment of Shenzhen DZ Robot Company. Chapter V is a brief analysis and selection of the technical strategy of DZ Robot Company, involving the original. Then, SWOT analysis, analysis of four sub-technology strategies Chapter VI is the core content of the article, which is the conception and implementation guarantee of DZ Robot Company's technology strategy. In conception, several feasible strategies are analyzed and put forward, including the 才 onstructing the Management Framework of Technical Strategic Plan. Etablish standard business processes. Implementing the incentive measures of Independent Innovation. Promoting intellectual property management. Find out the position of Brand and increase the Market share. Increase investment in R & D resources and enhance innovation ability. In the aspect of implementation guarantee, it includes the construction and optimization of department settings, the guarantee of human resources, the optimization of managementIV system and the control of production process. Finally, it summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospect.
