耿马县地处祖国边陲，是边境贫困县。加快推进贫困地区信息化进程，围绕边境一 线进行 4G 建设、宽带建设、专线建设、智慧边防建设以及综合业务区建设不仅有助于 边境维稳，而且促使县内企业以信息化产品为依托，实施电子商务扶贫，让市场去改变 贫困地区农民的理念和生产方式，助力实现脱贫攻坚任务，因此，建设边境信息化项目 很有必要。 报告针对耿马县信息化发展的现状，从多角度分析了建设的必要性，提出了建设方 案，进行了经济分析与评价，研究结果表明该信息化项目建设是可行的。报告研究为公 司未来在该区域信息化投入提供了参考。 关键词：信息化项目；项目管理；项目可行性分析；项目评价ABSTRACT Gengma is located in the border of the motherland and is a border poverty county. Speeding up the process of promoting information in poverty-stricken areas, around the border line to do 4G construction, broadband construction, green construction, intelligent border construction and integrated business district construction will not only help the border stability, but also to promote the county enterprises to rely on information technology products, the implementation of electronic Business poverty alleviation, so that the market to change the concept of farmers in poor areas and production methods to help achieve the task of poverty alleviation. Therefore the construction of border information projects is necessary. In this thesis, basing on the present situation of the development of Informatization of Gengma, the construction necessity is analyzed from various angles, the construction plan is put forward as well as the economic analysis and evaluation is made. The research result shows that the construction of the informatization project is feasible, which provides a reference for the future informationization of the company in the region.
