随着我国经济的飞速发展,以虚拟经济为代表的房地产、金融行业取得令人 瞩目的进步、成就,然而实体经济行业,对社会发展至关重要的制造业,近年来 发展迟缓,已陷入瓶颈。几十年前中国的人口红利、廉价劳动力优势已逐渐消失, 如今制造业竞争激烈尤其在科技创新方面,中国制造业企业发展缓慢,面对国内 外的竞争压力形势危急,必须要在高效、低成本方面加强研究,而提高生产率、 降低人力管理等成本也成为制造业企业急需解决之难题。作为全球最大的电脑、 通讯、消费电子制造商,制造业企业代表之一的深圳富士康在过去十几年发展迅 速,但随着市场环境影响,客户订单发生变化,由大规模需求转向多样化、小批 量私人定制,其生产设备管理的全流程成本逐渐提高,而最为重要的生产设备维 护成本急剧增长。 本文通过对国内外制造业的发展情况进行阐述,在此基础上研究了发达国家 与中国制造业企业的生产设备维护现状以及发展水平,运用现场调查法去深圳富 士康产线,通过结构式、开放式访谈方法与现场工作人员、生产设备管理工程师、 技术专家,物联网、大数据、人工智能相关负责人等沟通了解,收集有关生产设 备维护的资料,基于 AI(Artificial Intelligence,人工智能)及精益生产管理等理论 基础对深圳富士康生产设备维护现状深入研究分析,发现在关键生产设备如刀 具、主轴等维护方面存在的问题,并成因分析,提出深圳富士康的生产设备维护 应与物联网、大数据、AI 等信息技术结合,制定深圳富士康基于 AI 的生产设备 维护方案,并提供实施保障措施来帮助深圳富士康提高生产设备维护效率、降低 维护成本,提质增效,加强企业核心竞争力,实现经济收益增长,将对其它类似 企业生产设备维护提供一定的借鉴意义。 关键词:精益生产,人工智能,维护研究II RESEARCH ON MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT BASED ON AI IN SHENZHEN FOXCONN Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, the real estate and financial industries represented by the virtual economy have made remarkable progress and achievements. However, the real economy industry, the manufacturing industry that is vital to social development, has developed slowly in recent years and has fallen into a bottleneck. China’s demographic dividend and cheap labor advantages have gradually disappeared decades ago. Today’s manufacturing competition is fierce, especially in terms of technological innovation. China’s manufacturing enterprises are developing slowly. In the face of domestic and international competitive pressures, they must be efficient and low. Increasing research in terms of cost, and increasing productivity and reducing the cost of manpower management have become an urgent problem for manufacturing companies. As the world's largest computer, communications, consumer electronics manufacturer, Shenzhen Foxconn, one of the representatives of manufacturing enterprises, has developed rapidly in the past decade, but with the impact of the market environment, customer orders have changed, from large-scale demand to diversification, Small-volume private customization, the overall process cost of production equipment management is gradually increasing, and the most important maintenance cost of production equipment is increasing rapidly. This paper expounds the development of domestic and foreign manufacturing industry. On this basis, it studies the maintenance status and development level of production equipment in developed countries and Chinese manufacturing enterprises. It uses the on-site investigation method to go to Shenzhen Foxconn production line, through structural and open type. The interview method communicates with field staff, production equipment management engineers, technical experts, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence related persons, etc., collects information about production equipment maintenance, based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and lean production. The theoretical basis of management and other aspects of Shenzhen Foxconn production equipment maintenance status in-depth research and analysis, found in the key production equipment such as tools, spindles and other maintenanceIII problems, and the cause analysis, proposed Shenzhen Foxconn production equipment maintenance should be with the Internet of Things, big data, AI and other information technologies are combined to develop Shenzhen Foxconn's AI-based production equipment maintenance plan, and provide safeguard measures to help Shenzhen Foxconn improve production equipment maintenance efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, improve quality and efficiency, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve economic revenue.
