职工运动会是是增强企业活力，汇聚全体员工凝聚力和进行企业文化建设的 重要途径；同时也是发展体育运动，增强人民体质的关键环节，是“健康重庆”的重 要内容，是惠及广大人民群众的民生工程，对于促进经济社会全面发展和重庆的 城市建设具有十分重要的作用和意义。 本次趣味运动会是邮政储蓄银行重庆分行成立四年来的首届职工运动会，是 落实分行“双关爱”活动的具体体现，也是展现我们邮政储蓄银行员工积极向上、奋 发拼搏的精神面貌的一次盛会。通过本次运动会的举办，除了使全体员工逐渐树 立一种身体素质同我们的业务素质一样需要不断的锻炼和加强的信念，只有拥有 良好的身体素质，才能更好的发挥自己的能力和才干，为分行做出更多、更大的 贡献；才能使全体员工逐渐养成锻炼身体的良好习惯，在日常生活中积极地参与 到群众体育、大众体育锻炼的队伍中去，为自己的终身幸福奠定良好的基础。 关键词：重庆分行，趣味运动会，策划书II ABSTRACT Employees Sports Meeting is an important way to enhance the vitality of enterprises, gather strength of employees and foster company culture. Meanwhile, it as the crucial content of Healthy Chongqing and the construction for the public, and is a key link to develop sports and Enhance Body Physique. Therefore, it has great significance in comprehensive development of social economy and urban construction. This recreational sports meeting is the first one since the postal savings bank branch in Chongqing established four years ago. It embodies the enforcement for Double Care and shows the positive and progressive mental outlook of our employees. This sports meeting aims for employees to learn to acquire the better physical quality, as well as professional qualities. Only they own good physical quality can they display their talent.
