双辽市辽东给水厂及配套管网工程设计及可行性研究报告

双辽市位于吉林省西南部,该城市以能源、建材为其主要产业。随着双辽市的 不断发展,现已发展成为两个主要城区,即中心主城区及辽东新城区。辽东新城位 于双辽市西辽河城区段东部,北侧与长征路相邻,南侧直达南二路,向东方向至东 四街路,西边与滨河东路相邻。占地约870.3公顷。辽东新城将构建成为一流的寒地 生态社区,一个和谐的新城区,将成为双辽市政治、经济及文化中心。双辽市老城 区现有人口约15万人,只有9万人使用市政供水,有些企业都使用自备水源,地下水 无序开采比较严重,双辽市现有净水厂,刚能满足老城区的供水需求,没有富裕的 水量供给辽东新城,水质水量都难以得到保证。本课题对双辽市辽东水厂及配套管 网的建设课题进行工程设计及可行性研究得到以下成果与结论, (1) 对双辽市辽东水厂及配套管网的建设课题背景进行的调研、阐述与分析,包 括双辽市的城市概况、地理位置、社会经济发展概况、自然资源概况、城市规划、 城市供水系统现状以及城市需水量及供需量平衡进行了分析。经初步可行性研究表 明,近期建成规模为3万m 3 /d规模的净水厂,远期建成6万m 3 /d的规模并同时建设配套 管网工程这一策略是可行的。净水厂水,电,交通等外部环境已基本满足建设条件。 (2) 对双辽市辽东净水厂及配套管网系统的建设可能性进行论证,包括供水系统 方案、厂址的选择、取水工程、输水工程、净水工程以及配水工程的建设,阐述其 建设方案及其可行性。结果表明,建设方案合理,工程课题具有可行性。 (3) 根据建设单位提供的水质检验报告和长期运行积累的工程经验,本工程采用 的处理工艺是科学合理的。通过对净水工艺的充分比较,确定了跌水曝气池、除铁 锰滤池、铁泥沉淀池、二氧化氯消毒的组合工艺。同时对配水管网以及输水管线进 行了布置,为工程建设提供了可靠指导。 通过分析以上概况,本工程无论是在经济上还是在技术上都是十分可行的。 关键词,辽东给水厂,配套管网工程,水资源论证,可行性研究 II Abstract Reform Project of Dosing Automatic Control System in A Water Purification plant Shuangliao city is affiliated to Siping city of Jilin province. It is a city with energy and building materials as the leading industry. With the continuous development of Shuangliao city, it has developed into two main urban areas: the main downtown area and the new urban area of Liaodong. Liaodong new town is located in the eastern part of the west Liaohe district of Shuangliao city, and the north is Changzheng road, south da south road, east to east fourth street and west riverside east road. The total land area is about 870.3 hectares, and the construction land area is 860.53 hectares. Liaodong new city will build a economic and cultural center of the city. Shuangliao city, old city has a population of about 150000 people, only 90000 people use municipal water supply, some companies are using self-provided water, ground water mining is more serious, Shuangliao city, the existing water treatment works, just can meet the demand of old city water supply, not Liaodong town, rich water supply water cannot be guaranteed. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) This Shuangliao city construction project of the Liaodong waterworks and supporting network in the background of research, and analysis, including Shuangliao city general situation of the city, geographical location, social and economic development, natural resources, urban planning, urban water supply system present situation as well as the quantity of water demand and supply and demand balance is analyzed. It has been proved that the scale of the water purification plant is 30,000 m3/d in the near future, and the forward 60,000 m 3 /d and the construction of supporting pipeline network are reasonable. Water, electricity, transportation and other external environment have basically met the construction conditions. (2) Water purification plant of Shuangliao and possibility for the construction of the supporting pipe network system, including the selection of water supply system, the site of factory, engineering, water engineering, water purification and water engineering III construction, expounds its construction scheme and feasibility. The results show that the construction scheme is reasonable and the project is feasible. (3) According to the water quality inspection report provided by the construction unit and the engineering experience accumulated in the long run, the processing technology adopted in this project is scientific and reasonable. Through the comparison of water purification process, the combination process of water aeration tank, iron manganese filter, iron sludge sedimentation tank and chlorine dioxide disinfection determined. At the same time, the distribution pipe network and the pipeline are arranged, which provides reliable guidance for the construction. To sum up, the project construction plan is economically rational and technically feasible.
