中国邮政储蓄银行华兴大路支行智能化发展战略研究 互联网金融发展日益迅猛对传统银行的经营发展提出了很多的挑战和革 新,银行网点是否能适应时代对金融的新要求,抓住机遇,迎难而上,成为很 多银行关注的重要课题。对中国邮政储蓄银行这一大型零售商业银行来讲,如 何快速在互联网高速发展的今天找到适合网点发展的智能化转型道路,有效提 升网点客户服务能力,便成为中国邮政储蓄银行与其它银行竞争成败的关键要 素。中国邮政储蓄银行华兴大路支行作为四平市区较大的全功能网点有着它深 厚的历史和广泛的群众基础,网点成立于 2007 年 9 月,后 2018 年 5 月 1 日迁 址至今,较迁址前网点设备配置更加齐全,人员配置有所增加,业务发展更加 平稳,但由于支行的人员配置和智能化设备配置没有达到平衡等因素,支行发 展动力不足,发展缓慢,支行急需制定符合自身发展特点的低成本战略,才能 够在激烈的金融大潮中,发挥邮储银行自身优势特色,提升品牌形象和核心竞 争力。而本文的研究分析结果对邮储银行华兴大路支行以及我国其他商业银行 网点将起到一定的参考和借鉴意义。 本文通过对中国邮政储蓄银行华兴大路支行的基本情况和业务运营状况进 行分析,了解支行发展中存在的问题,借助 PEST 分析法对支行的外部经营环境 加以分析,具体分析支行所处的政治、经济、社会和技术环境,查找出适合支 行发展的特色化发展道路,之后运用经典战略分析理论:SWOT 分析法,对邮储 银行华兴大路支行的优势进行分析,支行具备丰富的客户资源,风险管控体系 较为健全,企业具有强大的系统渠道和素质较高的专业队伍,重视开展员工技 能培训和素质提升工作,自助设备遍布多个区域,为客户提供了更便捷和高效 的金融服务,网点环境合理优化,实行综合化和多样化经营,网点人员和三农 信贷中心和信用卡团队“三维一体”,相互促进,相辅相成,注意交叉营销和II 部门间的联动营销,支行具有较强的战斗力和执行力,通过对华兴大路支行进 行 SWOT 分析,查找优势,劣势,机会与威胁,制定出适合支行发展的最优智能 化发展战略,一方面能够使人力资源优化配置,另外达到人力资源和智能化设 备完美契合,降低网点经营成本,即实行低成本战略,最终提高网点经营管理 效能和营业收入,实现支行高质量稳步发展。本文的分析研究为我国各类商业 银行的智能化发展战略措施的制定和实施,提供了相关的参考和依据。 关键词: 邮储银行,智能化,网点转型III Abstract Research on the Intelligent Development Strategy of Huaxing Road Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China The increasingly rapid development of Internet finance has posed a lot of challenges and innovations to the operation and development of traditional Banks.
