I 摘要 郑州地处中原腹地,起着贯穿南北、承接东西、辐射八方的交通枢纽作用。 在郑州建设“宜居健康城”和 “大郑州都市圈”建设的主题下,现在 G234(原 S232)的路况已与当地经济发 展格格不入。G234 的路面破坏严重,路线线形、 路基宽度等达不到交通部颁发《公路工程技术标准》(JTG B01-2014)二级公 路的标准,影响当地交通出行及过境交通,严重阻碍了郑州市经济发展。 本项目的实施将实现 郑州市西部地区南北交通快速集散和经济快速发展的 需要;项目作为郑州市规划中的五环的西段,升级改造后可有效承担过境交通 量,减轻对市区道路的交通压力。本项目通过与项目范围内其他路网的连接有 利于区域经济 的联动发展,从而促进经济的协调快速发展。 本文就本项目实施的可能性,从项目建设的意义、技术标准、建设方案、 土地利用、投资估算等方面进行了研究。 关键词:中原腹地;交通集散;G234 国道;公路改扩建;可行 性分析Abstract II Abstract Zhengzhou is located in the hinterland of the central plains, and plays a transportation hub that runs through the north and the south, taking things and radiating from all directions. Under the theme of construction of livable health city and zhengzhou metropolitan area in zhengzhou, the road conditions of G234 (original S232) have become incompatible with local economic development. G234 pavement damage is serious, the route and roadbed width can not meet the highway engineering technical standards issued by ministry of transportation (JTG B01-2014) secondary standard highway, affect local transportation and transit transportation, seriously hindered the economic development of zhengzhou city. The implementation of this project will realize the need of rapid integration and rapid economic development in the west of zhengzhou. As the western section of the five rings in zhengzhou's planning, the project can effectively bear the transit traffic volume and reduce the traffic pressure on urban roads. This project promotes the coordinated and rapid development of the economy by connecting with other road networks in the project area. This paper studies the possibility of the implementation of this project, from the significance of project construction, technical standard, construction plan, land use, investment estimation, etc.
