随着全球化石能源短缺不断加大,对于新能源需求越来越高,作为绿色能源 之一的风力发电已经成为越来越多的国家或地区的替代性能源选择。风力发电目 前在发电产业中已经占据着重要地位,成为清洁能源发展的一个突出方向。从当 前国内的能源发展来看,我国国内能源短缺问题进一步凸显,寻找替代性能源已 经成为了我国国民经济发展的重要举措,当前风力发电已经在国内发电产业中占 据着一定的比重。 本文第一部分重点对论文的研究背景及意义进行介绍,同时,还对论文研究 的思路和技术手段进行阐明,为论文的撰写奠定基础。第二部分对企业发展战略 的概念以及战略制定所需的工具进行了说明,以为 LX 风电有限公司发展战略的制 定奠定基础。第三部分为 LX 风电公司的外部环境分析,由此确定其面临的机会, 同时应对存在的挑战。第四个部分为 LX 风电公司的内部环境分析。通过 LX 风电 公司发展现状、关键资源和企业核心竞争能力的研究,为公司制定具有竞争力的 发展战略提供指导,同时为制定战略实施的保障措施提供依据。第五部分为 LX 风 电公司的战略制定。利用 SWOT 矩阵对其各个战略方案制定进行对比,最终确定了 战略目标及战略方案。第六部分为 LX 风电公司发展战略实施与保障。针对 LX 风 电公司发展战略的具体实施,从多个方面来加以保障,首先优化投资产业布局, 拓展产业领域;其次培养人力资源优势;再次完善管理机制;最后加强企业财务 管理。第七部分总结本文研究所取得的成绩,并对未来需要完善的地方进行展望。 关键词, 风电公司;发展战略;核心竞争力; SWOT2 Abstract With the increasing shortage of fossil energy in the world and the increasing demand for new energy sources, wind power generation, as one of the green energy sources, has become an alternative energy source for more and more countries or regions. Wind power now occupies an important position in the power generation industry and has become a prominent direction of clean energy development. From the current domestic energy development point of view, China's domestic energy shortage problem is further highlighted. Finding alternative energy has become an important measure of China's national economic development, and wind power generation has also occupied a certain proportion in the domestic power generation industry. The first part of this paper focuses on the introduction of the research background and significance of the paper. At the same time, it also clarifies the research ideas and technical means of the paper to lay the foundation for the writing of the paper. The second part explains the concept of enterprise development strategy and the tools needed for strategy formulation, laying the foundation for LX Wind Power Co., Ltd. to formulate its development strategy. The third part is the analysis of the external environment of LX Wind Power Company, so as to determine the opportunities it faces and address the existing challenges. The fourth part is the internal environment analysis of LX Wind Power Company. Through the research of LX Wind Power Company's development status, key resources and core competitiveness of the enterprise, it provides guidance for the company to formulate a competitive development strategy, and also provides the basis for formulating safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.
