Abstract
Photovoltaic　products　are　mainly　manufactured　in　China，　and　the　production　capacity　is
more　than　half　the　world，　of　which　the　main　participants　are　private　enterprises，　then
financing　problem　has　become　the　main　obstacle．
The　traditional　way　of　financing　has　helped　many　enterprises　solve　the　financing
difficulties，　but　with　the　development　of　economy，　the　traditional　mode　shows　its　limitations
in　many　ways，＾diich　makes　it　difficult　to　meet　the　needs　of　the　private　enterprises．　Especially
for　those　engaged　in　the　photovoltaic　manufacturing　industry，　it　is　difficult　to　meet　the　various
conditions　of　their　traditional　financing　methods，　resulting　in　financing　diiBculties．　But　for
many　state－owned　enterprises，　due　to　lack　of　flexible　business　model，　they　have　limited
business　growth，and　there　is　a　lot　of　resource　waster　because　the　large　number　of　bank　lines
have　been　deposited．
The　supply　chain　financing　broke　the　traditional　credit　model　of　a　single　enterprise，
relieving　the　financing　problem　of　small　and　medium－sized　enterprise，　and　have　brought　new
development　opportunity　to　the　upstream　and　downstream　customers，　logistics　enterprises，　as
well　as　the　core　enterprise．　The　third　chapter　of　this　thesis　analyzes　the　problems　faced　by
company　A，　which　is　a　private　enterprise　engaged　in　photovoltaic　manufacturing，　and　puts
forward　the　necessity　of　cooperation　between　company　A　and　H　to　innovate　supply　financing
model．　The　fourth　chapter　of　the　thesis　focuses　on　tiie　specific　analysis　and　research　of　the
five　innovation　modes　of　supply　chain　financing，　describes　the　related　models　of　logistics，
document　flow，　and　capital　flow，　as　well　as　the　benefits　and　costs　of　various　financing　models
for　enterprises．　The　fifth　chapter　of　the　paper　elaborates　the　risks　brought　by　the　innovative
supply　chain　financing　model　and　related　control　measures．　The　last　chapters　illusfrate　the
process　of　risk　control　and　summary　the　deficiency　of　present　study　and　the　fixture　prospect　of
supply　chain　financing　and　the　reference　for　other　participmits　in　this　industry．
