摘要
商业银行属于中国的金融体制的重要的组成部分,近年来,商业银行通过机
构的延伸、市场的拓展、业务的创新等一系列变革,其竞争实力得到进一步提升,
在经营理念、经营目标、经营方式等方面,得到了长足的发展。在单位结算账户
业务方面,时下的市场环境愈加严峻,市场竞争愈加激烈,各家商业银行若想保
持自身恒久的生命力,使单位结算账户业务良性的发展,一方面需要完善商业银
行自身的内部的管理机制,一方面需要对业务进行与时俱进的拓展与创新 。经过
国内外各家银行经年的业务实践及理论研究,证明了银行的公司业务保持良性增
长对商业银行稳定发展有着至关重要的作用,公司业务发展的基础就是单位结算
账户,商业银行能否维护好现有的单位结算账户,并不断拓展新的单位结算账户
业务,扩大单位结算账户在同业中的市场份额就、提升市场占比,是公司业务发
展的关键,也是商业银行在同业中保持竞争力的关键。本文通过对建设银行内蒙
古分行单位结算账户业务的发展现状进行分析,找出建设银行内蒙古分行单位结
算账户业务发展的机会及优势,分析其存在的不足和问题,对建设银行内蒙古分
行单位结算账户业务面临的外部环境分析,并提出致力于促进建设银行内蒙古分
行单位结算账户业务的发展竞争的战略建议
本文认为,建设银行内蒙古分行作为一家传统的商业银行,若想提升单位结
算账户业务在内蒙古地区同业竞争中的市场份额,一是要建立政银合作的经营与
管理机制,从源头抢占账户资源;二是要进行单位结算账户配套产品的创新与推
广,增强客户对建设银行粘性;三是要提升建设银行的服务质量,以优质服务来
推动单位结算账户业务的发展。希望以上建议能够为建设银行在内蒙古地区单位
结算账户业务的竞争提供有价值的参考

Abstract
Commercial banks are significant important in China’s financial system. In recent
years, with multiple efforts on branch extending, market developing, business
innovating, Commercial banks have enhanced their competitiveness for a big step, their
operation principles, objectives and methods have been improved.In the corporate
account business, in the face of severe market environment and fierce market
competition, to maintain long-lasting vitality, so that the corporate account business
benign development, not only to improve the internal management mechanism of
commercial banks, more importantly, business expansion and innovation. The practice
and theoretical proof of domestic and foreign banks, the benign growth of the
company's business is crucial to the steady development of the commercial Bank, the
foundation of the company's business development is the corporate account, whether the
commercial bank can maintain the existing corporate account, and continuously expand
the new corporate account business, enlarge the market share of the corporate account in
the same trade, Raising the market share ratio is the key to the development of the
company's business and also the key to the commercial banks ' competitiveness. Based
on the analysis of the development status of the Corporate account business of China
Construction Bank Inner Mongolia branch, this paper finds out the opportunity and
advantage of the development of the corporate account of China Construction Bank
Inner Mongolia branch, analyzes its deficiencies and problems, and analyzes the
external environment of the Bank's settlement account business and put forward to
promote the China Construction Bank Inner Mongolia branch Corporate account
Business Development Competition strategy proposal.
This paper holds that China Construction Bank Inner Mongolia branch is
traditional commercial bank, to enhance the market share of the Corporate account
business in Inner Mongolia, firstly of all, to establish the management and management
mechanism of the cooperation between the Bank and the government, and to seize the
account resources from the source; Secondly is to carry out the innovation and
