摘要
工艺技术管理在现代制造业企业管理体系中占据十分重要的地位,可以帮助企业不
断提升核心竞争力。随着经济的全球化发展、科学技术的进步、信息化的迅速普及,企
业对工艺技术管理的依赖性与日俱增,高层管理者对工艺技术管理的重视程度也愈来愈
高。现代工艺技术管理不再纯粹属于技术部门管理,它已经渗透到企业各部门之中,在
企业的各项管理工作中发挥协调作用,对企业长远发展产生重要影响
随着航空发动机产业的迅速发展,国家对产业的高度重视和大力扶持,行业内的企
业面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。一方面,复杂的零件结构和庞大的订单数量都对企业技
术水平提出更高的要求,另一方面,如果企业能够不断提升自己的技术水平,就能在激
烈的竞争中取得先机,这就需要先进的工艺技术管理体系来支撑
LB公司作为老牌军工企业,通过长期积累的技术实力和生产能力在行业内占据领军
地位,随着近年来航空发动机产业的迅速发展,公司订单逐年增多,对工艺技术管理水
平的要求变高,使得LB公司在传统工艺技术管理模式下暴露出各种问题。所以改进工
艺技术管理体系成为LB公司迫切要解决的实际问题,本文也是围绕着这个主题对LB公
司的工艺技术管理进行优化探讨。本文通过对LB企业工艺技术管理系统现状和存在的
问题的分析,应用信息化管理,家族化管理,数学分析法,函数挖掘等等管理运营知识
与方法分析, 提出了具体的解决方案和实施流程以及相应的保障措施

The research on improvement for technical management of LB company
Abstract
Technical management is a very important part of modern manufacturing enterprise
management system and a very important task for improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
With the economic globalization and technology, the rapid development of information, the
effect of technology management in an organization is increasingly important, also get more
and more top management attention. Modern Technical management has not only been the
management within the technical department, but has penetrated into the various departments
of the enterprise. It plays an increasingly important effect in coordinating the development
and promotion of various management tasks in the enterprise.
With the rapid development of the aeroengine industry, the state attaches great importance
to and highly supports the industry, and the enterprises in the industry are facing unprecedented
opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the complex structure of the parts and the huge
number of orders all need higher requirements on the technological level of the enterprises. On
the other hand, if the enterprises can continuously upgrade their technical level, they can gain
the first chance in the fierce competition. It needs advanced process technical management
system to support.
As a veteran military enterprise, the LB company occupies the leading position in the
industry through its long-term accumulated technical strength and production capacity. With
the rapid development of the aeroengine industry in recent years, the order of the company
increases year by year and the requirements for the technical management become higher. As a
result, the LB company in the traditional process technical management mode exposed various
problems. Therefore, to improve the management system of process technology has become an
urgent problem to be solved by the LB company. This article also focuses on the optimization
of technology management of LB company around this topic. Based on the analysis of the
status quo and existing problems of the LB technical management system, this paper analyzes
the knowledge and methods of management operation based on information management,
family management, mathematical analysis, function mining and so on, and puts forward
specific solutions and implementation processes and the corresponding safeguards.
