摘要
农村产业结构调整,土地是最关键的载体。土地适宜性评价是土地利用的基
础评价,它关系到产业结构调整能否成功。土地适宜性评价就是针对某种特定的
产业结构调整目的而对目标区土地资源质量的综合评定。杂交水稻产量高,使得
杂交水稻种子需求迅速增加,杂交水稻制种产业是目标区D县产业结构调整的一
种优势产业
本研究利用Yaahp(AHP)和Arcgis GIS以及Global Mapper软件,选用影响
杂交水稻制种基地选址的地理环境条件、自然生态气候条件和外部社会环境条件
等指标,从海拔高度、地势坡度、地貌坡向、土壤类型、光照时长、相对湿度、
有效积温、政策投资环境、人口劳动力状况、区域经济发展水平等影响因子,建
立其数据模型,对目标区D县杂交水稻制种基地选址影响因子采用层次分析法进
行评价,获得相应权重,再利用熵权法对影响因子评价进行优化,使其更贴合实
际。在Arcgis GIS中将熵权法重新赋权的上述影响因子用多元回归模型进行叠加
计算,得出杂交水稻制种基地选址土地适宜性的综合评价数字地图和统计数据
本研究成果为发展目标区D县的杂交水稻制种生产提供科学依据,避免盲目
选择基地带来的损失。这不仅会产生巨大的经济效益,也会带来明显的社会效益

Abstract
In the adjustment of rural industrial structure, land is the most crucial carrier.
Land suitability evaluation is a basic evaluation of land use, and it is related to the
success of industrial structure adjustment. The land suitability assessment is a
comprehensive assessment of the land resource quality in the target area for a specific
purpose of industrial restructuring. The high yield of hybrid rice led to a rapid increase
in the demand for hybrid rice seeds. The hybrid rice seed production industry is an
advantageous industry for the adjustment of the industrial structure of D County in the
target area.
In this study, Yaahp (AHP), ArcGIS GIS and Global Mapper software were used
to select indicators such as geographical and environmental conditions, natural
ecological and climatic conditions, and external social and environmental conditions
that affect the location of hybrid rice seed production bases. From altitude, topography
slope, and landform slope Based on the impact factors such as soil type, soil type, light
duration, relative humidity, effective accumulated temperature, policy investment
environment, population labor force status, and regional economic development level,
establish a data model, and use the impact factors for the selection of the hybrid rice
seed production base in the D district of the target area. Analytic Hierarchy Process
(AHP) evaluates and obtains corresponding weights. Then, the entropy weight method
is used to optimize the impact factor evaluation to make it more relevant to reality. In
the Arcgis GIS, the above influencing factors for re-weighting the entropy weight
method were superimposed using a multiple regression model to obtain a

comprehensive evaluation digital map and statistical data of the land suitability of the
hybrid rice seed production base.
The results of this study provide scientific basis for the development of hybrid
rice seed production in D County, the development target area, and avoid the loss
caused by blindly selecting the base. This will not only produce huge economic
benefits, but will also bring great social benefits.
