摘要
新时期以来,随着国家对经济体制的改革,服务型政府的建设,工程咨询行业
发展真正进入了市场化阶段,各类工程咨询服务机构层出不穷,一方面提高了我国
工程咨询行业的整体服务水平,但随之而来的是竞争也越来越激烈。因此,保证GT
工程咨询公司在市场竞争中不被淘汰,以及提高市场竞争力成了公司发展的当务之
急。希望通过本文的研究,能够理清公司发展存在的各方面问题,也结合实际深入
分析公司发展的优势所在。最后,以定性分析和定量分析为基础为GT工程咨询公司
更好的成长提出一个解决方案,助力公司的发展,推动公司不断壮大,这对公司的
发展具有长远意义
本文运用 PEST 分析法与波特五力模型对企业的外部环境进行了分析,厘清企
业外部环境因素带来的机遇与挑战;通过对 GT工程咨询公司的内部资源与能力分
析,厘清公司内部环境因素带来的优势与劣势。运用 SWOT 矩阵列举了GT 工程咨
询公司备选战略方案,并阐述了最终选择差异化集中战略与建立战略联盟的原因,
最后提出了具体的战略实施以及控制方案

A Study on the Development Strategy of GT
Engineering Consulting Company
Abstract
Since the new period, with the country's reform of the economic system, the
construction of a service-oriented government, and the development of the
engineering consulting industry has really entered the stage of marketization, various
types of engineering consulting service agencies have emerged in an endless stream,
on the one hand improving the overall service level of China's engineering consulting
industry , but with it comes more and more intense competition.Therefore, to ensure
that the GT engineering consulting company is not eliminated in the market
competition and to improve market competitiveness has become a top priority for the
company's development.It is hoped that through the study of this article, we can
clarify all aspects of the company's development, and combine the actual analysis of
the advantages of the company's development.Finally, on the basis of qualitative
analysis and quantitative analysis, we propose a solution for the better growth of GT
Engineering Consulting Co., which will help the company's development and promote
the company's continuous growth. This has long-term significance for the
development of the company.
In this paper, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model for the external
environment are analyzed, to clarify the opportunities and challenges posed by the
external environment factors;Through the analysis of the internal resources and
capabilities of GT Engineering Consulting, we have identified the strengths and
weaknesses of the company's internal environmental factors.Using SWOT matrix lists
GT engineering consulting firm program of alternative strategies, and explained the
reasons for the final choice of differentiation focus strategy and establish strategic
alliances, and finally put forward concrete implementation of the strategy and control
scheme.
