摘要
近些年来,我国保险行业快速发展,但是保险公司的发展离不开其文化。企
业文化是企业健康成长的原动力,任何一家企业的长足发展都依赖于企业的良好
文化。保险公司的企业文化对于保险行业来说是展现保险公司综合实力的象征,
关系到整个国内保险行业的发展前景。近些年,越来越多的人重视保险行业的企
业文化建设,更多的人意识到企业文化对自身企业发展的重要作用,更多的人把
企业文化视为制约保险公司发展的根本原因和重要因素。国内很多学者对企业文
化展开更深入的研究。企业文化对于保险公司来说也越来越重要,不仅受到学术
界的重视,同时在理论界也受到更多专家和学者的青睐,在我国成为当前理论研
究的重点问题
在研究过程中,本文以保险公司企业文化现状与建设研究作为主要内容,引
入了太平洋保险作为主要的研究案例,以问卷调查法和文献分析法作为主要的研
究工具,对太平洋保险公司的企业文化建设现状展开研究与分析,从而发现该企
业存在自主宣传力度小、企业文化建设认识不够、企业文化建设激励功能不明显、
企业文化建设缺乏有效手段等一系列问题。针对太平洋保险公司企业文化建设的
一系列问题,本文结合太平洋保险企业文化建设的实际情况展开分析,进而从建
设理念、领导重视、管理者激励、创新精神培养等几个方面寻找原因,为后续的
企业文化发展指明了前进的方向
太平洋保险公司企业文化建设存在的问题及原因,本文提出企业文化建设的
策略:完善企业文化的各个层面,紧密结合实践、丰富保险企业文化理念,将“以
人为本”的精神理念贯穿保险文化、强化保险企业制度文化的执行力、坚持改进
提高与创新发展的策略,以实现保险公司企业文化建设的可持续成长

Abstract
In recent years, the insurance industry of China has developed rapidly, but the
development of insurance companies can not be separated from corporate culture
Corporate culture is the intrinsic and source of enterprise development and it is related
to whether a company can achieve long-term development。 The corporate culture of
insurance companies is a symbol of the overall strength for the insurance industry space
and related to the development prospects of the entire domestic insurance industry。 In
recent years, more and more people attach importance to the construction of corporate
culture in the insurance industry。 More people are aware of the important role of
corporate culture in the development of their own companies。 More people regard
corporate culture as the fundamental reason and important factors that restricts the
development of insurance companies。Many domestic scholars have conducted more
in-depth studies on corporate culture。Corporate culture is also becoming more and
more important for insurance companies。Not only has it been valued by the academic
community, it has also been favored by more experts and scholars in the theoretical
community。 It has become a key issue in current theoretical research in China
In the process of research, this article takes insurance company corporate culture
situation and construction research as the main content, introduces Pacific Insurance as
the main research case, and uses questionnaire survey and case analysis as the main
research tools and finds that the company has a series of problems such as small
independent propaganda, lack of understanding of corporate culture construction,
lack of incentives for corporate culture construction, and lack of effective means for
corporate culture construction。 In view of the series of issues concerning the corporate
culture construction of Pacific Insurance Company, this article analyzes the actual
situation of the Pacific Insurance company’s corporate culture construction, and then
looks for reasons from several aspects such as construction concept, leadership
emphasis, managerial incentive, and innovation spirit training。 In order to indicates
the direction progress space of the development of corporate culture
In view of the problems and causes of the establishment of Pacific Insurance
Company’s corporate culture, this paper proposes a strategy for the construction of
corporate culture: the introduction of a “diamond” model for the construction of
insurance companies’ culture, improvement of all levels of corporate culture, close
integration with practice, and enriching the cultural philosophy of insurance
companies, permeating The spirit of people-oriented in the insurance culture,
strengthening the execution of the insurance company's system culture, and adhering
to the strategy of improving improvement and innovation and development, aiming at
the realization of the sustainable development of the insurance company's corporate
culture construction
