华曦集团投资管理策略的优化研究
摘要
现阶段我国畜牧业得到快速发展，在我国农业中占有重要地位，是我国农
民收入的重要来源之一，已成为农村经济的支柱性产业。畜牧业主要是产品为
动物蛋白质，并为人类提供丰富的奶、肉和蛋等，在人类生存和发展过程中具
有重要地位。此外，合理发展畜牧业在一定条件下可以有效的推动相应地区生
态环境的改善，从而对该地生态平衡的发展起到重要作用。昆明市华曦集团是
一家畜牧业发展企业，近年来尤其加大了在鸡和鸡蛋上的光控管理力度，不断
使企业做大做强，经过几年的发展企业已经建立了一整套切实可行的养鸡技术
和管理体系，并且在禽类疾病控制管理上形成了良好的管理经验，目前公司已
经获得了多项技术认证以及产品认证，尤其获得了无公害产品认证证书。随着
企业的不断发展，该企业正在积极申报国家有关产品的绿色认证以及有机认
证，切实将企业实现更好发展
本文通过对研究对象展开详细考察分析，通过接触各种有效的，管理分析
手段，包括PEST分析法以及寻找问题解决思路，明确了在当前我国经济、政
治、社会以及技术环境下，企业进行投资策略研究的重要性和主要策略，总结
华曦集团公司的投资管理策略，运用投资管理的综合评价方法，分析华曦集团
的投资战略，并指出华曦集团现阶段财务战略存在的问题。运用五维评价法、
投资管理评价指标法对华曦集团投资管理进行评价。在此研究基础上，对华曦
集团公司的财务投资管理模式进行选择和确定，提出投资管理的策略与建议，
提升投资管理水平。最后结合提出的投资管理方案和意见，运用到企业的实际
管理中，结合投资管理的定位和取得的实效，从企业的营业收入与投资方向、
规模等数据，检验提出建议的合理性
通过研究得出以下结论：华曦集团投资管理模式确定为以战略管理为基础
的归核化投资管理模式；在华曦集团提升投资管理水平的策略与建议：建设一
套完整的规章制度；明确人员职责，健全组织机制，办公数据化、信息化；建
立全面风险管理机制，构建全员风险管理体系，实现全新顺量化管理模式。通
过提升投资管理水平，提高资金周转率，提高公司的盈利能力和资金使用效
率

Research on optimization of investment management
strategy of Huaxi Group
Abstract
The continuous development of animal husbandry in China, the rapid increase of
proportion in agriculture, is one of the main ways for farmers to increase their income
and become an important pillar industry in agricultural and rural economic
development. Animal husbandry, as the main source of animal protein, provides a
large amount of meat, eggs, milk, etc., which plays an irreplaceable role in the process
of human history. At the same time, the animal husbandry can also maintain the
ecology to a certain extent and promote balance. Kunming cfna is one of the largest
chicken, egg products in yunnan province industrialization cultivation management
company, has established a set of specifications and feeding system for disease
control and management technology system, the products of the company has passed
the certification of pollution-free, and is to declare the green certification and organic
certification.
This article through to the object of study of cfna environmental analysis, using
PEST analysis method, summarizes its in political environment, economic
environment, social environment, technology environment, summary of cfna
company investment management strategy, using the comprehensive evaluation
method of investment management, investment strategy analysis of cfna, and points
out that cfna problems existing in the current financial strategy. The investment
management of China xi group was evaluated by using wu wei evaluation method and
investment management evaluation index. Based on this research, the financial
investment management mode of xi group company is selected and determined, and
the strategy and Suggestions of investment management are put forward to improve
the level of investment management.
The following conclusions are drawn from the research: the investment
management model of huxi group is defined as the investment management model
based on strategic management; Strategies and Suggestions for improving investment
management level in huxi group: building a complete set of rules and regulations;
Clear responsibility, perfect organization mechanism, office data and informatization;

Establish a comprehensive risk management mechanism, build a whole staff risk
management system, and realize a new and quantitative management mode. By
improving the level of investment management, raising capital turnover rate and
improving the company's profitability and capital use efficiency.
